Caliu Apartments Barcelona - Fira

The apartment comfortably accommodated all six of us, with enough space throughout our five-night stay. It was generally very quiet, which made it a pleasant place to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated that towels were provided. There were also thoughtful touches like bottled water in the fridge and coffee available. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Although the apartment was mostly quiet, there was few nights when someone arrived around 1–2 am and was very noisy for about an hour, which disturbed my sleep. Communication with the property owner was acceptable, but we had to follow up to receive the self check-in details, which should have been provided in advance. Additionally, the kitchen was missing some basic essentials. It would be helpful to include items like tea bags and sugar, as not everyone drinks coffee. There were also not enough plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and standard knives. These are basic necessities that should be available in a property like this.

Velmi pěkné vybavené pokoje. Vše bylo čisté a přípravné. Místnosti i vybavení bylo dostačující. Vše potřebné pro krátké i delší pobyty. V okolí je několik větších obchodů a i restaurací.

Lokalita je trochu horší. Hlavně když se vracíte z výletů v pozdějších hodinách.

L’appartement est correct. Propre. Il y avait des capsules pour la cafetière et des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle. C’était appréciable.

L’appartement est bien pour 2 personnes pas 4. Il n’y a que 2 tabourets. Pour manger en famille ce n’est pas l’idéal! Il y a très peu de vaisselle. Tarif très élevé pour la localisation géographique. Très excentré, une banlieue sans aucun attrait.
