Las instrucciones claras para ingresar y ubicación cerca de transporte público (Metro).
La puerta de entrada daba directamente a la habitación, no había un hall de entrada. Ruido directo con la calle. Los sofas camas (2) estaban deteriorados (en declive).

Fonctionnel, la situation géographique, la proximité du métro, des restaurants, bars, boulangerie, épicerie.
La place de parking privée, couverte et gratuite.
Le compresseur d’eau et les blocs de climatisation à côté de la chambre du bas qui font du bruit permanent la nuit.
Mettre des patins en mousse sous les pieds des chaises serait un plus.

The apartment is located facing the street. it is easier if you are carrying a lot of luggages. the carpark is nice bt need a bit of skill to drive in. the room is very big with two toilets. can easily fit 6 people. there is a backyard, which you can have a drink with friends in a sunny day. the location is great, 3mins walk to the metro station, there are supermarkets, fruit shops nearby. didn't try the restaurants nearby since there are some many good food options in barcelona. we walk back from football match, it took 30-40mins but it is totally ok since we can not get a taxi at all.
