Location and closeness to public transport, grocery store, shopping centre and metro to anywhere in Barcelona. Property was very quick to respond. We were quite unlucky to get mobility restrictions due to storm warning and property was very quick to respond to our concerns. There was some damage after and again they were quick to respond and offer maintenance team to come over to check damages and make sure it’s secure and safe.

Apartman je super, osoblje je ljubazno i stalno dostupno za komunikaciju i rešavanje problema
Lokacija, zgrada i ulaz su užasni. Do najbliže stanice metroa se mora proći kroz Floridu, koja je geto Barselone. U zgradi je zvučna izolacija užasna i prozori ne dihtuju pa se čuje svaki povetarac.

Everything was exactly as shown online.
We were informed that check-in time was at 3:00 PM; however, we were not allowed to check in until shortly after 5:00 PM. This was very frustrating after a 10-hour flight, especially given the impression that nothing could be done about it. As a result, we paid for a service that we did not fully receive.
