The location was great. close to transport and it was a residential area so many stores and local restaurants.
There was no dish rack to dry dishes, so I had to use the dishwasher rack. There was no dishcloth to dry them, went out to buy. Luckily a cheap store close by and I bought one. If you are staying for a while, you will need to buy detergent and softner to wash clothes. No instructions on how to use the machine. Had to go out and buy pegs as well. I find that these basics would have helped.

Everything was exactly as shown online.
We were informed that check-in time was at 3:00 PM; however, we were not allowed to check in until shortly after 5:00 PM. This was very frustrating after a 10-hour flight, especially given the impression that nothing could be done about it. As a result, we paid for a service that we did not fully receive.
