La limpieza y la comodidad de las instalaciones, fué ideal, pues eramos una pareja, que teniamos habitación con baño y nuestra hija con 3 amigos, que estuvieron en 2 habitaciones y otro baño, con una puerta cerrada separada.
Que el aparcamiento en la calle en fin de semana es bastante dificil, no puedo valorar servicio publico, porque fuiemos en coche propio.

Clean and comfortable accommodation
Very poor and unpleasant welcome from the reception staffer upon registration. The male staffer who registered us at reception was very disrespectful, he seemed only interested in telling us about the trash, we felt rushed and we were not given the opportunity to have our questions addressed. He wrote down an incorrect apartment number on the form for us and we lost valuable time trying all the keys. When we finally went back to advise him that the keys did not work, he simply said, oh, that's the wrong apartment, as though it was our fault, he did not apologise, just scratched off and corrected the apartment number and handed the form back to us, then warned us about noise and penalties ( we are 2 couples in our 60's, very quiet people). We noted that every night there was loud talking and laughing coming from another apartment yet nothing was done about that. Then the staffer warned us that we are not to use the tables and chairs in the communal areas around the apartment (we later saw many guests using those very same tables and chairs, sitting and having coffees, drinks etc and wondered why we were told not to use them).
We paid for our accommodation well in advance and felt strongly discriminated against (perhaps due to the fact that we are people of mixed colour). We will not be staying here again, even though the rooms were comfortable and clean
