The apartment was great, the app access was great. It was close to my work as wel. Safe, clean and very organized.
Cold water, Cold apartment and nice staff though extremely slow. There isn't a safe as well.
The stuff took too long to fix the samlliest issue. It took them about 24 hours to put curtains and 2 days to come and check the heaters and hot water in the shower. They didn't fix it though.
I showered with cold water for the 3 days I stayed there and on the top of that the heaters didnt work, it was very uncomfortable to saty in the apartment with that cold. The first night I couldn't stay in the living room because there wasn't any privacy, the curtains where missing for some reasons and the staff had no idea.

I found the apartment to not be clean, it had been cleaned but was still dirty and smelt awful. Bathroom needs a thorough deep clean
