Small bathroom and less sofa seating area for a family

It was spacious and had a big terrace! Also close to public transport and a Mercadona!

The price is ok, the rooms are big except for the bathroom, the kitchen is equipped, big terrace, internet is good.

The strictness ! Since we have arrived, we where with a 3 years old child coming from a 14 hours of travel, the person keep us outside until the clock was exactly 4:00 PM not one 1 minute early. The person join us at the entrance and pass by in the apartment and waited there alone until 4:00 PM (very strange). Immediately after entering in the apartment he said: You have to give 300 euro in case something is broken during our stay. He blocked 300 euro from my card and releases the amount after 2 weeks after leaving the apartment (he checked the apartment immediately after our leave so he could give the money back after 2 - 3 days.) After getting the money he started: before you leave you have to get the trash out (otherwise he has to pay someone to bring the trash out), we have to clean the kitchen no dishes in the sink (otherwise he has to pay someone to do the dishes). In the leaving day before 5 minute of the expiry time someone knock at our door (it was one man with the cleaning) and he said that at 11:00 we have to leave. I didn't understand why this strictness !

Great position for the Exhibition hall. Some good restaurants. Fully air con.

Very small bathroom for 3 people, not great at all. Noisy if you are in the main room at the front. Not overly helpful staff.
