Good size, all facilities, modern.

It takes a while to reach the centre.

The Location and easy access to all main facilities metro, resaturants, supermarkets , Bars etc

The AC systems kept switching off every after 45mins , but this may be that I didn't know how to operate its settings and I didn't have any immediate helpdesk because it was late in the night in most cases.

I liked everything...the apartment, the location, cleanliness, stuff prompt responses, high level security

I liked everything

The location is good if you want to stay away from very touristy areas. There are many shops nearby, including small fruit and vegetable stores (fruterías) with good prices. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels were good quality. The shower cabin was comfortable and easy to use. Check-in and check-out were simple through an app or online link. The security deposit was returned on time. The apartment matches the photos, but in reality it feels much smaller and less comfortable. There are two metro stations very close, and it is easy to get from the airport by metro. If you like walking, you can reach many Barcelona attractions on foot.

The lighting was poor, and the apartment felt narrow, worn, and not comfortable overall. There were mounts on the walls and ceiling for devices (smoke detector, intercom, AC control), but the actual devices were missing. The balcony is extremely narrow and not usable. The sofa is uncomfortable and heavily stained. The curtains also had stains, like someone wiped dirty hands on them. We stayed 4 nights (2 adults) and received only 2 very low-quality toilet paper rolls, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 trash bag (already in the bin). It is not enough for a 4-day stay. We contacted the host and received only 1 extra tablet. For the kitchen, there were only 2 large knives and no spatula to cook basic food. The kettle felt unsafe, as steam was coming out through the electrical switch. It was replaced, but the new one had the same issue. In the bathroom, the sink faucet was loose in the wooden surface. In the kitchen, the water drained very slowly due to a clogged pipe. The stairs and elevator are very narrow. Communication with the host was limited — for example, they said a missing kitchen tool would be solved after the weekend, but nothing happened. For toilet paper, the answer was simply “out of stock.” Before arrival, we had to fill out many online forms, which was a bit inconvenient. The host kept sending emails and WhatsApp messages from different numbers about check-in, check-out, deposits, and other things, which felt like too much communication. Overall, the apartment is overpriced for what it offers, although Barcelona in general is expensive.
