The Location Was Great And Near Transport.

The Ant Situation In Apartament That We Discovered After 2 Days. It Made The Stay Unpleasant As We Went To Get An Ant Trap From Supermarket. And The Property Owner After Making Them Aware Of Situation Never Refunded The Cost Of Ant Trap Even Tho They Said They Would After Apologising To Us. The Property Owner Said They Could Done Something If Knew Sooner However We Came To Barcelona To See City And Only Noticed Was An Actual Issue After 2 Days.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment. The beds were also comfy. There was also tea and other bits and pieces provided (washing up liquid, sugar, oil etc) which was helpful.

Would have been nice to have more than 2 hobs for the stove especially as the main frying pan was too big to fit on one so it meant you couldn't use both hobs if you used that pan but it really wasn't a big deal.

El apartamento es cómodo y cuenta con lo esencial para una buena estancia. No tiene lujos, pero está bien equipado y limpio. La zona puede parecer un poco peculiar al principio, pero no tuvimos problemas durante nuestra estancia. En general, una opción correcta si buscas algo funcional y bien ubicado cerca de FIRA EUROPA.

El apartamento es cómodo y cumple con lo básico, pero el edificio es viejo y le falta mantenimiento. La zona no nos resultó agradable, lo que afectó un poco la experiencia. Además, la entrega de llaves no es práctica, ya que hay que esperar a que alguien las traiga en lugar de contar con un sistema más ágil. Podría mejorar en varios aspectos.
