Spacious apartment located in the Santa Eulalia area, 15 minutes by subway from the center of Barcelona. 4 spacious rooms to accommodate up to 6 people. 2 bathrooms. Recently refurbished
The apartment is new, as it has been recently renovated. It has two double rooms and two single rooms, as well as two full bathrooms. Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave and washing machine. Air conditioned in the living room.
Its situation makes it unbeatable for guests who are going to attend a congress in the Fira Gran Via.
Guests can use the entire apartment, without limitations, including the living room overlooking the Romanesque church. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upon arrival, we will be waiting for you in the apartment to indicate the areas of interest and connections with public transport.
The neighborhood of Santa Eulalia is very quiet, mainly residential. Its good connections with the center of Barcelona and with the Airport mean that many inhabitants of Barcelona are choosing to live in this neighborhood, fleeing the noise of the city center.
It is best to move by subway. Line 9 connects directly with the airport and the Fira Gran Via, the main venue of the congresses of the city, as well as a shopping area where you can go shopping or to the cinema. The L1 connects with the city center in a few minutes, as well as with the main metro stations where you can choose any of the other lines of the city to go to the destination that interests you.
We need to know your time of arrival in Barcelona, to assist you in the apartment, (do not go directly to the apartment without having been in touch with a check in agent first.
Please note we have the following Late Arrival Fees:
20:00 - midnight = 20€
midnight - 9:00am = 40 €.
Sundays and public holidays:
9:00am - 20:00 = 30€
20:00 - midnight = 40€
midnight - 9:00am = 60€
On arrival, the tourist tax will be charged (€1.10 per person per night).

We loved the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the church. Enjoyed breakfast outside every morning. Except for trouble checking in, everything was as expected. The air conditioning in the front master bedroom did not keep up with the July heat, but otherwise we were very comfortable.

We loved staying at this apartment. It was close to everything you could need, the metro, food, stores. The host is very prompt with communication and super nice! Will be staying here again and telling family and friends about this great place.

Very nice apartment, with good access to the metro (5 mins walk) and supermarkets.
The balcony was perfect for eating outside, with a nice view across to a fountain and church. The apartment had all of the necessary appliances, crockery etc to make a very pleasant stay.
The bedrooms were a good size, and the beds comfortable.
We booked car parking for the period we were there, and it was also possible to park for a few hours right outside the apartment - handy for loading and unloading.
The metro station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and from there, all of the city is within easy reach.
Check-in was straightforward, with Hilda meeting us at the property and explaining all we needed to know.
