The apartment is totally worth for the money, you have everything you need for your stay, slippers, hairdryer, shampoo, full equipped kitchen etc.
Instructions for the check-in easy and simple, the apartment is clean and it has supermarkets and public transport nearby.
The only thing that i can think of is the sound isolation from the other apartments and outside, but not a super big problem

The hotel itself is a separate apartment, and the interior is very clean and well-organized. Most of the necessary items are provided, and the host is very friendly and accommodating, responding promptly to questions.
My family and I were very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. However, on the morning of our check-out day, we were disturbed by the noise of other guests((who appeared to be a group of friends or a family) chatting and moving some stuffs at the outdoor tables and chairs in the hotel's communal area.

Location + quiet road
A guess had music until noon, but after that all was quiet and peaceful.

The check-in process was great, everything was smooth and fast. The location of the building is very convenient - 5 mins from the metro lines leading to the airport and Sagrada Famillia and 10-15 mins from the line leading to Plaça Catalonia.
What I didn’t like about the property was the hygiene.
The bathroom was not deep cleaned in a while - there were stains from layered dirt and the door was damaged by water so it was very hard to lock it.
The bed was good but the sheets had some black stains on them.
What I disliked the most is that there were 2 snots on the wall on the left of the mirror you can see on the picture.
In general the cleaning staff are not doing anything at all from what I saw.
