La casa è curata ed è molto spaziosa. Eravamo due famiglie, con due bagni a disposizione, e siamo stati benissimo.
Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerati i costi di Barcellona.

Apartament mare, curat, foarte bine dotat, terasa generoasă, comunicare excelentă cu personalul, sistem de încălzire ok, consumabile destule. Pe scurt locația este foarte bună și spatioasă față de ce am găsit la bani mai mulți în alte orașe mari!
Destul de departe de obiectivele istorice, zona cu populație destul de pestriță, ceea ce îți dă un pic de nesiguranță, majoritatea magazinelor cu specific indian-pakistanez, vecini zgomotoși.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko Lidl, Auchan, restauracje, cukiernie. Do Camp Nou 15 min piechotą , blisko metro bezpośrednio do Sagrada Familia ok 30 min, spokojna okolica, blisko przystanek autobusowy. Czysto, wygodne łóżka, dwie łazienki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duży taras z miejscem do siedzenia. Klucz do drzwi na klatkę oraz do mieszkania na kod lub wirtualny. Bardzo pomocna obsługa ☺️
Brakowało małych łyżeczek, ale to nie był jakiś problem. Mieliśmy wypożyczonego 8 osobowego busa wszędzie ciasno żeby zaparkować. Parkingi podziemne bardzo wąskie.

The location was perfect and the overall layout of the apartment was nice especially having the roof terrace.
The fact that I raised two big issues with the 24hr assistance line for the property and nothing was done about either.
When we arrived at 3am to the property we found that the sofa bed was broken I messaged the what's app chat that I had been communicating with and they were asking me for photos and videos. Well I sent photos as it was very late and I expected someone to come and fix it the next day but they didn't.
The second issue was that the neighbours upstairs were arriving home at 5am making lots of noise,singing and dancing and yet there was a noise policy in place for the apartment between 11pm and 8am. I let it go the first night but it was two nights in a row to the point that it woke 3 of us up.
I videoed the noise and sent it to the chat and they yet again did nothing.
