It was clean and the staff were very responses to any questions or requests. Self check-in was very convenient.

It would’ve been great if there was a secure option to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out. Especially now that flights are changing so frequently.

Excellent accommodation in Barcelona, close to Metro and buses and only 25 mins by bus from the airport. The communication before and during the stay was top level with everything we needed to know sent by Booking messaging, email and Whatsapp. The access is made with codes on the doors and the staff were very kind to arrange an super early check in too. The apartment was spotless clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. I found the prices to be very reasonable and I hope it will stay like this as this apartment complex is brand new and deserves only high accolades. The neighbourhood was also safe even returning extremely late in the night.

The apartment is quite dark. Even on a sunny day, the lights need to be switched on. This was something I raised immediately when I arrived, which immediately communicated with the customer care - asking if I could possibly move to another apartments. Carefully consider this location - if you intend to use the taxi. I stayed here because it was close to the exhibition hall - but otherwise you can find better deals closer to the city center. The images are also not accurate. The apartment is definitely not as light as it appears in the photos. The attitude from customer care was quite blunt and rude. When I raised my genuine concern about the ‘darkness’ as I checked in, the person basically suggested that if I was not happy, I could cancel and leave the apartment. I have this in writing. It is unbelievable. I have never experienced this kind of attitude before. Not to mention calling my ‘sir’ - not even bather to check who the guest is. There were also several practical issues in the apartment: There is no proper place to dry dishes after washing them. There was no kettle in the kitchen. In the bathroom, there are no hooks, only under the sink shelve, or any proper place to leave clothes or personal items. No make-up mirror or light ! In the bedroom, there are hangers, which is good, but there are no drawers or shelves to properly unpack clothes. For two people, this means living out of a suitcase, which is not suitable for a comfortable stay. There is ‘old room’ smell also ( this is apartment 2) . Regarding the garbage, of course I understand that garbage was my responsibility, and I did take care of it. However, the fact that I had to beg for an extra garbage bag through a long conversation felt unreasonable, honestly, and silly. Regarding the dishwashing liquid, I only asked for an extra 35 ml of dishwashing liquid. That was refused, and I had to buy a full bottle myself in order to continue taking care of the property properly.
