Fabulous breakfast, beautiful decor
Our room at the back of property was above a restaurant and was noisy at night.

A lovely stay for a solo traveller! Such an amazing location, close to everything you'd want. Hotel is beautifully decorated.
Staff were friendly, and they carried my bags upstairs for me which was much appreciated.
Breakfast was amazing, such a good variety of options.
Aircon was a godsend and worked quickly and quietly to cool the room.
Balcony is small, but a lovely spot to sit and relax
There are too many decorative pillows on the bed - the room is quite small, so if you take them off the bed then you have nowhere to put your suitcase
Be warned that there is no lift, and some of the rooms are 3 floors up - can feel quite intense after a day of exploring Lisbon
The showerhead would not stay up on its own, it definitely needs replacing
Wifi kept cutting out in the bedroom

The hotel was in a great location with everything nearby. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Staff were as very helpful with guidance during our stay.
The floors in the room were very uneven causing a tripping hazard several times.

The building itself was lovely
The shower leaked from main pipe no hot water had to call maintenance no answer on the phone had to try and find someone which was not easy. We had a room
With court yard view which was infact the view was of the sky light to the restaurant there was music playing from the kitchen and everytime food was ready a bell was ringing this went on well onto the night.
