Great location in city centre, refined, clean, charming, beautiful interior, friendly staff, sumptuous breakfast. A few minutes from the subway. It felt like living in a palace with modern amenities.

The hotel is near a parking place and very close to the center. The hotel “Palace” interior is very special and well maintained. The breakfast is good enough for the price.
The twin bedroom on the pictures looks more spacious than the actual room. For 2 persons the room and bathroom are a bit too small.
The refrigerator in the room is so small that you cannot put a water bottle is. I am amazed that they mentioned on the website that the room has a refrigerator.
Breakfast was good only problem is that the staff helping at the breakfast did not speak English, which makes ordering difficult.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were the best! The decoration was beautiful and the gym was a great bonus. There was delicious spice tea available at all times which was wonderful to have. The daily welcome drink between 4pm-8pm was lovely after a day of exploring the city and activities.
The location is a bit close to some bars that have drunk people making noise late night, but it is close to many restaurants and stores. The photos on booking.com make the room looked so much bigger, but in reality it was quite small which was a disappointment. The daily cleaning crew left the shower stall with hair on top of the drainage which was not acceptable. The parking was impossible and the garage parking nearby was expensive. Not the fault of the hotel, but it's good to know for other travelers to know.
