Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, nice bathroom, cute restaurant for breakfast. They gave us free breakfast the first morning and they made fresh omelettes to order. Staff was friendly and brought our bags up for us when we arrived.
No elevator, but we knew that ahead of time!

Staff! All the girls at the reception and staff in the morning that was helping with breakfast were exceptionally friendly, helpful and with a smile on their face. Made a huge difference to my stay and made me feel very welcome and almost at home. Building itself is like a monument, full of history and the area for breakfast has some incredible brick walls! I had a room with a water view and it was lovely! I would definitely stay there again.
Lots of stairs! 😃 I was on a 5th floor with no lift which after a whole day of sightseeing can be challenging but it is not a big disadvantage and can get used to it!

Location was perfect for our first time in Lisbon. Reaching out via WhatsApp was nice just after I booked, to confirm beds and arrival time.
The hotel was six floors and our room was on the top floor. It was a bit of a hike to go up and down six flights. The room was much smaller than others we have been in. I would pass on the hotel breakfast it was lackluster and 15euros, compared to 3 places around the corner all offering a variety of items. When we did have breakfast the eggs and coffee were made quite well.
