The property was in a great location with nearby parking. The only real issue we had was that the carpet was very stained and there was a funny smell in our room. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

On our first visit to Lisbon, Le Consulat turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was perfect for us, with many areas walkable from the front door. The view out our floor to ceiling windows onto the Praca de Louis de Cameo plaza was beautiful, especially because during our visit it was decorated for Christmas! Mostly we loved our deluxe room on the 3rd floor - which was huge with beautiful molded ceiling and large four poster bed. So many nice historical details. Staff at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a unique charm—it used to be the Brazilian consulate, so you can expect some quirky and unconventional layouts, but everything has been thoughtfully designed and renovated. The character of the space adds to its appeal.
The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Chiado and just steps away from A Brasileira, a Lisbon institution, as well as some of the best shopping and dining in the city.
The room size was surprisingly generous, especially if you can get one facing the square. A great mix of history, comfort, and central convenience.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon and it has a fantastic view to Praça Luís de Camões. The rooms are charming and the staff is very helpful.
