Loved the location and the staff were so helpful. The children really enjoyed the freedom of cycling around . All communication was friendly and prompt . Shuttle service was fantastic!
Nothing not to like only that we had to leave !

The great and amazing traditional house for big group when you travel to Miyama Village. If have a chance I want stay 2 nights in this room. But you shoud travel by car to there.

We found on dirty pan, we have to wash it.
I heard that we should have rice but we didn't.
We met the surprise guest, one old (very very old) woman was sitting on the stair waiting for us, she keep working up and down all the night T..T
three of us saw her in different time....

お布団がフカフカだった。 シーツが清潔だった。庭が広かった。景色がよかった。ハーブティーが美味しかった。冷蔵庫内が清潔だった。2階が広かった。暖かかった。ウォーターサーバーがあった。
お風呂場がカビっぽかった。 トイレが汚れていた。 ドライヤーが壊れていた。 食器とカトラリーがかなり汚れていた。
調味料の賞味期限が分からず不安だった。 ソファーが小さくて全員の居場所がなかった。たどり着くのにgoogle mapの地図と宿が準備してくれたQRコードが間違っておりなかなか辿り着けなかった。タオルがボロかった。
