Having the spa all for yourself was very good. The staff was classy and helpful

A little too many construction in progress around the area

We stayed in a Suite room, which I highly recommend. It was very spacious and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient. The hotel was clean, and the private sauna was excellent. It needs to be booked in advance as it is for private use, and you can use it until 11 p.m., which is great. The slim young man who often worked the night shift at reception was kind and efficient, and the older gentleman was also very kind. The tall young man, however, still has a lot to learn when it comes to hospitality and customer service. The internet connection was stable, and I was able to work online and attend meetings without any problems.

The breakfast was good, but it starts incredibly late, at 8:30 a.m., which is very inconvenient for tourists. I would strongly recommend changing the breakfast hours and starting at 6:30 or 7:00 a.m., as is the case in the vast majority of hotels. The location is quiet, but you need to take a taxi to reach the main tourist attractions.

Breakfast was good. Good variety of dishes. Room ac worked well.

The young guy at the reception needs to learn to smile for starters. No one seemed friendly as such. Not that anyone was rude, but u get the point! We had opted for breakfast/ lunch /dinner package which was a big mistake since lunch and dinner were not buffets. And alacarte option were not too many. Just 4 main dishes to choose from to be precise. The first night we did choose, but the food wasn’t too appetizing so dint take a chance with having lunch or dinner there again.
