Service was topnotch the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We appreciated also that it was closer to nature despite being a bit further from the city center. The room is carpeted and spacious, with a mini balcony. The toilet was spacious as well and has a bidet.

Very good hotel, clean and everything looks new. Staff amazing, specially miss Ani from reception which arranged for us to reach on time for our day trip to monasteries. Pillows a relaxing a bit soft though but not so uncomfortable and it is a bit far from center but hotel arranged everytime a car to drop us there.

The hotel itself is pretty good, modern rooms and comfortable bed are positives, negatives are not particularly soundproof windows and no blackout curtains on the windows.
The real issue is the communication with staff. Due to flight cancellations we were 2 days delayed of our 4 day reservation. I sent an email and was told it would be a 1 day charge but I could cancel and rebook, to which I happily agreed via email, and then silence from the hotel despite follow up on my part. When we arrived to the hotel they told us they would process the refund once we completed the reservation, due to plans changing we ended up staying an extra night which we paid for there instead of just using the difference of what they said they would reimburse us for, and then were reassured they would process everything after checkout. The stay was good, and we were assured again at checkout and said to just reach out via WhatsApp. I did so multiple times over the following weeks and was told they were working on it.
Finally after a few more weeks they turn around and say they are not going to refund it and I need to reach out to the booking agency.
To be clear, I am understanding if they were initially unable to do anything, after all my flight cancelation is not their fault, however to be dragged around for weeks like this is unacceptable
