Great location. Very good parking. Pool is fab especially on a very hot day. Apartments are clean and comfortable albeit basic.

Some things have changed since our stay last year and didn't feel like improvements for guests. You have to make your own bed up on arrival. And when you leave, you have to strip the bed then hoik all your bedding and towels to reception in a big sack that was actually quite heavy. There should be a tea towel provided I think. And also hand soap. And as guidance for anyone staying in future, here's a list of what you'll need to take: Pool towels Tea towel Washing up cloth for wiping sides etc Dishwasher tabs Washing up liquid Hand soap/gel and shower gel/shampoo Kitchen roll Coffee capsules (there's also a filter coffee maker) Sugar if required Tea Salt and pepper/condiments All food stuffs/drinks/water Additional ice trays (1 is provided)

Overall the stay was a good experience and we had a great time.

Location is great, easy and short walk to the centre of the town/shops/restaurants. Accommodation was good , all your essentials were there.

The room itself would do with better cleaning(the fridge was dirty inside with visible food marks, we just cleaned it ourselves on arrival)otherwise all fairly nice and clean.

Bon séjour. Bonne découverte de Odalys. Pour 1 semaine, ça correspond à nos attentes.

Nous étions dans les appartements en sorte de longère, avec notre chien. Nous avons aimé le petit jardin, la proximité de la piscine, l'appartement en lui même (petit mais fonctionnel), la literie, la tranquillité et la sécurité du lieu (dû sûrement au voisinage), la qualité/prix, la situation géographique. Le prêt de jeu de société. Pas déçu de ce qu'on avait imaginé.

Dans l'appartement, le manque de fenêtre dans la salle de bain et les toilettes. Pas de fenêtre en oscilobattant. Manque de rangement pour les vêtements pour 4 personnes . Manque de praticité pour le couchage dans le salon (un clic-clac serait beaucoup plus pratique) Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de sport .

Plus près du Airbnb que de l'hôtel

Les chambres étaient spacieuses, bien agencées et plutôt propres. La réception ouverte 24/24 et 7/7 est un plus car nous sommes libres de l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Les réceptionnistes sont très agréables et sont attentif,ve,s au bien-être des client,e,s.

Dans l'annonce, il est mentionné d'effectuer un ménage d'appoint avant de quitter la chambre, or il s'avère que c'est un ménage plus complet à faire (enlever les draps et les descendre, passer l'aspirateur, faire et ranger la vaisselle sans qu'aucun produit ne soit mis à disposition...) Lorsque nous sommes arriv,é,e,s, il a fallu que nous fassions nos lits, ce qui est regrettable dans un hôtel. Dans la salle de bain, la présence de shampoing et de gel douche manquaient et ce serait un vrai plus. La piscine était fermée le samedi matin, ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce. Les délimitations des places sur le places sur le parking sont trop discrètes et nous pouvons venir qu'à une voiture par appartement, ce qui est à nouveau pas précisé sur l'annonce.

Cher pour le prix

L'emplacement en plein coeur de Chinon et vue sur le château vraiment top, la piscine est sympa au bémol prêt quelle est un peu juste par rapport au nombre de logements.

Les logements sont enclavés et cela à pour effet de grosses nuissances sonores mais aussi un vis à vis avec les autres résidents plutôt gênant. La literie est franchement inconfortable et les lits très petits et la propreté est juste passable. À 13€ le petit déjeuner nous avons eut 1 viennoiseries par personne et très peu de choix sur le buffet...au prix de la semaine nous sommes un peu déçu. Et pour finir un accès wifi non adapté au nombres de logements du coup nous avons dû utiliser le partage de connexion de nos téléphones....

Très bon séjour à Odalys Chinon en famille, fin juillet. Bonne localisation, très proche du centre de Chinon. Appartement bien agencé. Résidence calme.

Aucun rangement dans la chambre enfant. Dans la salle / cuisine : un peu plus de rangement ; mais à 5 cela reste un peu juste. Une bizarrerie : les prises électriques sont en hauteur ; pas pratique du tout. Parking : 1 place / voiture ; mais le marquage est peu visible et certains se permettent de se mettre sur 2 places. Piscine soit disant chauffée ; elle devait être tout juste à 20° :/
