Great find!

Didn't realise how close to the pleasure beach and south pier the hotel was! Bonus lol. the owners were very welcoming, helped with luggage to the room. Nice little touches like self service tea and coffee for when we arrived. Overall a lovely experience.

The extractor fans were very dusty. But understand that a quick turn around for new guests, sometimes results in missing areas.

Awesome spot! Right on the beach by the south pier. Plus, there's a tram stop nearby to move around.

The bed's quality could be improved; it make noise with movement and is excessively soft for my preference.

Great family friendly apartment, would definitely return!

Amazing location, lots of things to do. Hosts were so friendly and very responsive. They were also unfazed by our crazy 1 year old. Room was lovely, and having an apartment was really convenient for space. Hosts let us keep our pram in the lobby to avoid us having to keep putting it in the car. Free parking. Great value for location, would definitely return.

Luckily there was few cars in the hotel, but your car can get blocked in if busy. We were blocked by owners son, but he did move before I could get back round to the car so it wasn't an issue, but it could be an inconvenience if there was lots of guests.

The apartment was easy to find and ideally located between Pleasure Beach and the Tower. The room was a good size with everything you could need.

Two bedside tables.or shelves would have been good, also charging points near the beds.

great!! if we wasn’t bored of Blackpool we would stay there again.

the hosts were really nice and friendly, we loved the fact it was families only and residents only as I feel it’s a lot more safer and more enjoyable and somewhere to escape to when all the noise etc… of Blackpool gets too much. we also love the fact we had our own kitchen, bathroom, free sat and WiFi. couldn’t really ask for more when we go away.

The oven could do with updating as it didn’t work unless you used a lighter. it would be really handy if there was some sort of freezer compartment too. more utensils would also be a bonus e.g scissors and more knifes to be able to cut up things like fresh chicken. other than that we had a great stay and the hosts were really nice and friendly and we’re always happy to help, thank you very much for allowing us to stay in one of you’re apartments for the week we had a great time in Blackpool.

Friendly & welcoming, would recommend

Staff were very friendly and went out there way to be helpful and make us feel welcome. They even told us the best local places to eat. Appartment was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Was right next to the beach and only a few mins walk to the pleasure beach and waterpark.

How friendly and helpful the owners were. The whole place was very clean and tidy and outside left his beloved monkey teddy there and they are sending it back to us.

Great location

The bed was horrific, I’m sure it was broken as I was meeting my husband in the middle of the bed didn’t sleep much at all, Bunk beds the same you can feel every spring in the mattress, Also it wasn’t very clean,I was a bit shocked at how dirty the dishes were I had to re wash every Single one, also the skirtings and behind the toilet OMG disgusting. Like with covid It should be double checked as the sink and taps weren’t cleaned probably either the same with beside the cooker it was all grease on the walls and cupboards, I actually cleaned it all properly.
