Great location in a modern apartment

Excellent location and we paid extra for secure undercover parking. Easy to walk around, many shops and restaurants near by.

Could have provided a toaster and dishwasher pods. Also no need to remove the towels after 1 day.

Modern large apartment in great location

Modern, large and clean apartments in a good location. Right by the park with its excellent cafe and walks. But also just across the road from bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. A brilliant base for exploring Podgorica but also the surrounding areas, from Lake Skadar to the local wineries. We also took a trip to the Big Fashion shopping mall, great to keep the children happy. We really enjoyed Podgorica for eating out and it has a great atmosphere. The check in process was very clear and we had access to garage parking, with a lift (elevator) to the apartment which made things very easy with luggage.

Convenient

We booked two apartments for the family on our arrival to Montenegro. This was simply a stop over. We were welcomed and had two large apartments. Everything worked well.

Had the description been better, we could have easily fit into one apartment since one of the apartment has one room with a double bed, one with two twin beds and two bathrooms, one having a shower.

Well located apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood

Very nice apartment, well located near restaurants and bars. Check-in went smoothly, very friendly receptionist.

The big shower head was blocked and water was coming out at the top. We could still use the little one and they intend to fix it. Parking is a bit pricey, but probably worth it in this area.

Modern, Central, and Reliable – Always a Great Stay

I stayed at Athos Apartments in Podgorica in June and couldn’t recommend them more. The location is perfect — right in the city center — and the apartments are modern, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The fully equipped kitchen and daily cleaning with fresh towels included in the price make it a fantastic value for money. I came by car, and secure parking in the building was available for just 10 EUR per day. The reception is open every day and the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. I always choose Athos when I’m in Podgorica — highly recommended!

Only suggestion: when booking, ask for a courtyard-facing apartment — the ones overlooking the boulevard can be a bit noisy.Modern, Central, and Reliable – Always a Great Stay

Really nice apartment!

The apartment was super clean and spacious. We loved staying there, felt like home away from home. The bed was super confortable. The apartment is very well located (near city center and near the Gorica Park). You have a supermarket next to the apartment if needed.

The only tiny problem we had is that on day 2, we came back from the city around 3pm and our door was open and lights were on. We quickly understood that someone from the cleaning had been inside (as the day before) but forgot to turn off the light and lock our door. We don't know how long our door has been left opened but luckily everything looked normal inside.

Office of apartment rental in the same building , they welcome us very well , professional and cleaning service included with price daily , clean and great location with very safe surroundings , walking from the center of the city , 2 bathrooms was very good for family of 4 , helpful reception reply immediately on what’s up for any inquiries.

Nice stay, huge Apartment

Very close to the center, parking space in the garage for 10€/day, the apartment is HUGE. Nextdoor there's a nice Café and a supermarket, walking distance from all the sights and right at the big park Gorica.

Absolutely the best option to stay in Podgorica ! Perfect location close to bars and restaurants, very useful parking and the apartment was big, clean and very well-equiped !

Smooth process, building complex included everything you need, coded entrance/exit, parking ... everything easy to sort out and use, location is close to everything, the unit is spacious, air-conditions in every room - individually operating, blinds on the windows - these two last ones are because it was very hot day in Podgorica; two toilets - one within bathroom another separate, which is extremely convenient when 3 people are travelling. Very convenient underground parking facilities was an absolute bonus, since Podgorica is nightmare for driving around and for parking, but it is for the cost.

For future travellers - bear in mind that toiletry is not included, or we missed that fact when booking: no shampoo, no washing detergent. However, the staff turned around quickly and helped by providing washing powder.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

I have stayed in a lot of apartments in Montenegro - and a few places in Podgorica - and I have to say, this apartment was the nicest and most deluxe of any of them. I booked very last minute due to problems with another apartment I was in close by, and the Athos staff allowed me to check in a bit early for which I was very grateful. I was so happy when I entered this large and clean place with a great view of the Millennium bridge. Great wifi and a TV with LOTS of options. The neighborhood can't be beat. Everything was perfect for this stay and I will return to Athos for sure - I won't even look elsewhere. Thank you to the kind front desk staff :)

There is a lot of space and good facilities, but a loud street.

Big and nice apartment with a garage and supermarket.

The windows let in so much noise from the street below. There's a bar close by playing loud music until 3am, which made it very hard to sleep.

Perfect location for an overnight stay

Top location if you travel and need an overnight stay: close to both the retour highway and city center. Super nice young lady at the reception that spoke perfect English. Comfy beds, good shower.

Interior design a bit outdated. The way from an underground parking lot to the room was a bit tricky because of several entrances. No parking spot in front of the building to collect a pass card to access the underground parking lot. But all these were minor things
