Awesome location, nice pool and beach

Awesome location. Black sand beach in the backyard. Staff very kind and helpful. We had booked the cottage in front of the pool. Wish we stayed for more days. We will surely plan to stay here longer. Parking is available.

Great stay in a Lodge Premium 6 with 4 adults and a small child. Nice pool!

The Lodge Premium 6 was great to have, with a very nice veranda to eat or hang out on. The addition of airco was also great. The pool area was very nice and was kept clean and maintained. All facilities were present, like the bar / restaurant / market. 90% of the staff was friendly and helpful!

Bar/restaurant prices could've been a tad lower. To my knowledge there was only one area to get rid of garbage and this was all the way at the entrance. Public toilets could have been cleaner, hole in the ground toilets seem very outdated. The sand on the beach is the dark kind which feels more like mixed dirt and sand . 10% of the staff should remember they are in the service industry and treat the customer with a bit more respect and friendliness.

In spite of my improving suggestions I definitely would return and recommend.

Location is super top, nature and beach great combination. Restaurant was good and the supermarket had everything needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen is basic equipped but is missing either a microwave or oven because no way to heat the food unless we cook everyday which is much more energy waste. The cooker burner could have 2 bigger burners because is impossible to cook more than food at the time. The pool was mainly for children, adults without children couldn't really enjoy the pool.

We liked the staff (especially Mrs. Elsa), very open, friendly and communicative We liked the beach and the staff at the beach (Bruno was the best)

We assumed, we've a little house for our own, but 4 appartments in one house is too much. It was very noisy at night, when the italian neighbours called or the little babies cried. The animation was only in italian language, it would have been better to present the animation in english. The animation played until 00:30 am and was so loud, that we could not sleep. The restaurant was too expensive. We ordered a lasagne, we got a piece of lasagne 5cmx7cmx2cm and paid 16€, that was too much. No TV in the room in this day and age is an absolutely not ok. The wifi was so bad and slow.

Nice village for families

The house was cozy, comfortable and having everything we needed. The swimming pool is big and very nice.

The beach was neat but the sea water and the shore wasn't that clean. The minimarket in the village was comfortable but a bit too expensive. The free WiFi is irrelevant. For having a more stronger and stable one you'll have to pay an extra amount but still I found it everything other than satisfying.

Unfortunately this place is accepting teen-agers campuses. So we had teen-agers the whole week screaming until late night hours next to our house. So be aware of this. I wouldn't choose this plas again, because of this fact.

The perfect camping!

The camping site is great! It has all the facilities you may need, the beach is awesome. The food at the restaurant is very very tasty, so highly recommended to have lunch or dinner there. The staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. 10 out of 10.

Relaxing Stay

We love that it’s just a few steps away from the beach. The lady at the reception was really nice. The food in the restaurant was great.

Too bad they didn’t have a shuttle service even the paid ones. We had to walk from Montalto di Castro train station to their site and it was an hour and 10 minutes walk!!!

Whole complex is new and very well organized. The store on the territory was almost empty.

Organization of houses and the whole territory of the complex at a high level, tennis court in good quality, everything is new and beautiful, the territory is well-groomed and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Ideal for for a family or a quiet group of friends.

At the end of the season, the store on the territory was almost empty. Also, the staff speaks English rather poorly - but this is not a big problem.

BENE, MA LA PROSSIMA VOLTA CON QUALCHE ACCORGIMENTO

Noi siamo stati nella 2a settimana di settembre, il villaggio era tranquillo e silenzioso. La vicinanza al mare ed il verde del luogo è davvero suggestivo. Organizzati benissimo e disponibili sempre. Tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Le casette sono molto carine e la doccia è top. La veranda bellissima!

Le casette sono piccole, la nostra avrebbe dovuto ospitare 4 persone, ma sarebbe stato davvero impossibile, il letto non è matrimoniale, ma al massimo da 1 piazza e mezza. C’è zero privacy perché ci si guarda dentro uno con l’altro.

A quel prezzo decisamente no!!

La piscina come struttura, ma x trovare posto dovevi andare alle 9 di mattina.

Piscina troppo incasinata, lettini tutti occupati quindi costretti a metterci intorno sul prato, anche perché oltre agli ospiti del villaggio fanno entrare gente esterna!! Casetta troppo piccola per 4 persone, non c’è spazio nemmeno per mettere due valigie. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare 3/4 volte il manutentore per sistemare delle cose.

Soggiorno insoddisfacente.

La posizione è molto buona, sulla spiaggia.

La casetta assegnata, teoricamente per 6 persone, viene descritta di 32mq ma sicuramente non è così. Forse questa misura include la veranda ma non è realistica. Inoltre tutti i servizi: spiaggia, wifi, lenzuola ecc. sono a pagamento e l'unico ristorante del villaggio ha dei prezzi non consoni alla qualità offerta. Ciò comporta che alla fine il prezzo del soggiorno è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto al servizio offerto. Non ci torneremo.

Mi piace molto la posizione. Vicino al mare. La nostra abitazione era a metà tra mare e piscina. Perfetta. Ci è stato assegnato il lodge molto prima dell'orario previsto! Lo abbiamo molto gradito

Avrei gradito qualche attrezzatura da cucina in più. 3 pentole e 1 coperchio solo. Eravamo 6 e c'erano 6 bicchieri precisi. Un rotolo di carta igienica. Lesinare in questi casi non va bene. La struttura è nuova ma non era molto pulita. Siamo entrati e sotto i letti era molto sporco
