About this villa rental
Villa Serenitas
Our facilities are located in the beautiful archaeological area of the Vulci Park.
Between sea, mountains and lake, close to areas of cultural interest in a calm and relaxing environment.
The 3-hectare facility is completely fenced off.
The villa Serenitas is about 130 square metres, with two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath/shower where you can also use the volcanic hot water. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the beautiful porch, a TV and armchair lounge. A beautiful flush-floor bathtub all in travertine and situated at the rear of the house. Barbecue outside. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. With a partially covered porch/terrace of approx. 200².
Our guests have 24-hour access to the beautiful and large volcanic hot-water bio-pool,. to all the various gazebos and patios scattered around the property and equipped with all amenities, and to the barbecue by the pool.
We live in this structure and are available for any further information.
The structure is in the middle of the countryside typical of the Maremma and Tuscia region of Lazio.
Only 5 minutes away is the famous Vulci park, where in addition to visiting it you can eat in the two typical restaurants.
In summer there are many activities such as guided tours of the tombs (Tomba Fracoise) and open-air night concerts.
Additional costs to be paid on site when handing over the keys.
Deposit; € 300 (which will be returned on departure, after a small inspection).

Wir durften 1 wunderschöne Woche hier verbringen. Sehr nette Vermieter, wohnen direkt im Haus neben an. Sind immer da, wenn was ist. Sehr freundlich und nett.
Der Pool ist der Hammer. Das warme Wasser eine schöne Entspannung.
Viele Ausflugziele in der Nähe und mit dem Zug einfach und günstig nach Rom.
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit hier. Besten Dank Janna und Daniele. Hoffe bis wieder einmal .

Wir haben als Familie zu viert unseren Sommerurlaub Anfang August hier verbracht.
Das Ferienhaus liegt auf dem Land, rundherum Felder und Olivenbäume.
Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt.
Der Pool mit natürlichem, unbehandeltem Thermalwasser, frisch befüllt 46Grad, lädt zum Baden und Entspannen ein. Eine Dusche danach liefert die notwendige Abkühlung.
Die Vermieter Janna und Daniele wohnen im Nachbarhaus. Dort gibt es auch noch 2 Ferienwohnungen. Der Pool wird gemeinsam genutzt. Liegemöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Sowohl beim Haus, als auch beim Pool.
Unsere beiden Töchter haben die 3 Hunde, Lupa, Schura und Wolfi sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Die Hunde sind wirklich toll und freuen sich, wenn man sich mit ihnen beschäftigt.
Die Region ist touristisch nicht überlaufen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, größere Städte, sind ca. 45 Minuten entfernt. Das Meer ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Strände haben schwarzem Sand und sind auf für Kinder geeignet.

vielen Dank für die Ausflugstips und für all das leckere Gemüse und Obst aus eurem Garten und die Einladung zum gemeinsamen Pizza-Essen.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt und hatten viel Spaß.
Ihr habt da einen wunderschönen Ort zur Erholung geschaffen.
Wir wünschen euch alles Liebe und Gute für die Zukunft.

Wir haben das Paradies besucht. Ostern 2017 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder.
Alles so genial hier, die Villa Constanza ist riesig, der Thermalpool einfach gigantisch und die Gastgeber Janna und Daniele einfach hinreissend. Komplettiert wird das Ganze von Lupa, Wolfi und Schura. Die Kinder haben sich total in die Hunde verliebt und wollten einfach nur hierbleiben. Wir haben den Urlaub für Erkundungen genutzt, Rom ist super einfach und sehr günstig mit dem Zug zu erreichen. 70 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Termini € 6,90 pro Person. Mit der Hilfe und den Tipps der Gastgeber ganz problemlos. Vulci ist ein Katzensprung entfernt und eine Besichtigung wert. Montalto di Castro mit einem riesigen Strand und allen nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie COOP, Eurospin, Eisdielen und Läden in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Da es uns aber im Casa Daniele so gut gefallen hat müssen - und werden - wir wiederkommen um die Gegend weiter zu erkunden, da wir doch den einen und den anderen Tag einfach ZUHAUSE geblieben sind und alles hier genossen haben. Zur Ausstattung ist zu sagen: Absolut alles da von der Bettwäsche über Handtücher, sogar eine Küchenmaschine und eine italienische Kaffeeaufbrühmaschine. So sauber habe ich nur sehr wenige Feriehäuser und Anlagen gesehen. Wem trotzdem etwas fehlt einfach Janna oder Daniele fragen.
Alora chi vediamo Janna e Daniele bis zum nächsten Mal und vielen herzlichen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tage.

Abbiamo trascorso qui le nostre vacanze estive, ed è stata un'ottima scelta.
L'appartamento in cui siamo stati, il Davina, è nuovo e pulito, con ottime finiture, dotato di tutti i comforts, come climatizzatori e tv satellitare a schermo piatto.
Il contesto naturalistico in cui si trova questa proprietà è di prim'ordine : ci si trova circondati dalla natura, e dal silenzio.
I tramonti che si godono dal terrazzo sono spettacolari , come pure la vista del cielo notturno che data la distanza dai centri abitati permette una visione molto limpida della via lattea e delle costellazioni.
Un fiume sotterraneo di acqua calda vulcanica alimenta la piscina in pietra..L'acqua è completamente bio, non ci sono sostanze aggiunge come cloro o altri disinfettanti, e ciò costa molto lavoro ai proprietari che devono sostituirla completamente ogni 2 giorni, mai il risultato è strepitoso : la piscina migliore in cui io sia mai entrato.
Meglio delle terme, inoltre la temperatura dell'acqua consente di stare agevolmente in piscina anche fino a tardi la sera, e godersi la pace di questo luogo.
I proprietari sono persone gentili e simpatiche, con cui abbiamo trascorso dei bei momenti e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i modi.
Per finire, la collocazione geografica è strategica per visitare i dintorni : un'ora da Roma, 15 minuti dal mare, 5 minuti dal parco archeologico di Vulci. Anche Tarquinia e Viterbo si raggiungono facilmente.. che dire, siamo stati molto bene qui, e speriamo di ritornarci !!!
