About this house rental
It is a farmhouse in the open countryside, with large spaces around and the sea in the distance.
Inside it has the charm of a lived-in country house, with the furniture that each has its own history, environments designed to be comfortable but without neglecting good taste and practicality, so a house that makes everyone feel at ease results. The ground floor has two large rooms, one for cooking and dining and the other for chatting, listening to music.
The first floor has three comfortable bedrooms for seven to eight people but there is also a secluded sitting room for reading.
There are 3 bathrooms in the large farmhouse
The external veranda is no different, with tables and small tables, benches, deckchairs, and around the green lawn garden that merges with the fields cultivated with wheat.
The excursions are many and varied, from the simple day at the Argentario sea to the visits to the Etruscan necropolises of Tuscania, Tarquinia, Cerveteri, or spend a day at the Terme di Saturnia or Viterbo, organize a tour of Lake Bolsena with stops in the various countries that they surround it, and you should not overlook the walk in the archaeological park of Vulci. And when you get tired of the countryside just go to Montalto di Castro station, take a train and after an hour and a half find yourself under the Colosseum to start the Roman walk

La casa è molto accogliente, arredata con gusto ed attenzione ai dettagli, bene accessoriata. Portico spazioso e locazione eccellente, in mezzo alla campagna ma non isolata. Maurizia è stata veramente gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Siamo stati molto bene, da consigliare.
Tutto ok, forno a gas, unico neo, poco funzionale e un po' scomodo da usare.

Se cercate una casa spaziosa per accogliere tante persone, accogliente e in un posto magnifico, questo podere fa per voi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, con i nostri 6 figli, fuori dal paese ma immersi in una campagna stupenda, ventilata e coloratissima. Accogliente e disponibile anche la nostra host Maurizia, con tanti consigli preziosi su visite, spiagge, cene e gelati.
