Independent apartment in a beautiful villa near Capalbio, a few km from the sea but immersed in the Maremma countryside. Beautiful 16 m pool. and huge 360-degree botanical park, the size of 3 hectares. Each of the 2 apartments is well insulated and quiet and has an outdoor area for eating and resting.
Asia is composed of a beautiful outdoor garden, very large living room with American kitchen, 2 single sofa beds and 1 very large double bedroom and a bathroom.
Gym with double sofa bed and table tennis. You can add the very large Carlotta suite (double bed and possible single) with shower bathroom. On the patio it is possible to eat under a comfortable gazebo.
Elisa is composed of a beautiful living room with kitchenette (with sofa beds) and three bedrooms: one double, one with a double bed or 2 single beds and the third with 2 single beds, a bathroom. The apartment is completed by a pleasant outdoor space for eating and enjoying magnificent sunsets.

45 minutes by car from the Leonardo da Vinci airport in Rome, 1 hour from the center of Rome and 15 minutes from the Montalto di Castro and Capalbio railway stations.
