    Our stay in the Classic Triple Rooms was highly disappointing due to misleading location data, neglected room maintenance, and severe service delays.๐Ÿจ The Rooms & Cleanliness (4/10)Beds: The "triple" rooms featured standard double beds, requiring three adults to uncomfortably squeeze in. Mattresses: The spring mattresses were heavily worn out with 3โ€“4 deeply sagging spots, causing body aches. Hygiene: Linens and towels were never changed during our entire 3-day stay. Amenities Missing: Basic toiletries were completely missing, and the overall cleanliness was lowest Category of average ๐Ÿ“ Misleading Location & AccessReal Distance: Navigation apps showed a short distance, but the actual drivable route was 17.6 km away from the main city attractions such as kashi vishwanathtemple, Kaal Bhairavmandir and ghats . Road Conditions: The shorter routes suggested by GPS are extremely narrow tracks where even a compact hatchback like a WagonR cannot pass. Isolation: The hotel is located far too away from any major sightseeing spots. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Service & HospitalityCheck-In: The initial check-in process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Staff Shortage: The hotel operates with only two staff members, causing massive room service delays. Attitude: Despite being overworked, the available staff members were polite and well-behaved. ๐Ÿ“บ Broken Amenities & Wi-FiTV Issues: The old-model televisions did not work for all 3 days. Management blamed the rain, but the TVs were too outdated to support screen mirroring or Wi-Fi connectivity anyway.Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was the only amenity that functioned properly. ๐Ÿฅž Dining & Food Delay: Complimentary breakfast was included in our booking package but was never provided.Food Quality: On a positive note, the food we ordered was delicious and tasted very good.Kitchen Delays: Due to the extreme shortage of staff, meals took an average of 40 to 50 minutes to be served. ๐Ÿ’ก The VerdictPros: Polite staff behavior and tasty food. Cons: Misleading location, unhygienic rooms, broken TVs, and missing complimentary breakfast. Recommendation: Avoid booking this property if you want a central location, proper triple bedding, or prompt service.
