Nice building, nice room, helpful owner Mukul when I arrived later than intended from a long bus trip from Kathmandu. Nice space to rest and work from, even if a little out of the main town

Nothing bad, all good. Would recommend sticking a little table and 2 chairs on the outside terrace

The room was spotless, beautifully done, and had that authentic Banaras charm I was hoping for. Bed was super comfortable, amenities were all there, and check-in was smooth. But the real highlight was the service. The staff went above and beyond at every step. Quick responses, genuine care, and attention to detail that you rarely see. Felt more like being hosted by family than staying at a hotel. If you’re visiting Banaras and want comfort + hospitality that exceeds expectations, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you Team Shaam-e-Banaras for making my trip so memorable. 😊

The property was exceptionally well-maintained and spotless. The host was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant. An added highlight was the in-house cook who prepared delicious meals. Most importantly it is Dog friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to stay when visiting Banaras. ”
