Good value

Clean and very spacious room in a pleasant setting. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it was nice to see that there was a table where you could sit comfortably to eat plus another small table on the balcony. The bed was comfy.

Rather hot in a heatwave - no a/c or fan. The hotel is very dated but generally well maintained. The toilet was a bit smelly but probably the fault of old fittings rather than lack of cleaning. On the whole good value for money.

Newly renovated apartment with beautiful lake view

We were very positively surprised that the apartment was newly renovated - completely new kitchen (with microwave, hob and fridge; no oven but that was fully fine for us), new bathroom and restroom. Flat screen and quick WLAN in the apartment. Apartment with beautiful view on the lake and a balcony. The apartment was cleaned every day. Very nice landlady, who helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is not far away from the Evian train station, however all the way is quite steep uphill (which we unfortunately didn’t notice at GoogleMaps). If travelling with heavy luggage, it is advisable to take a taxi. Way from the hotel down to the train station is easy then :-). If coming by car, there was lots of parking space for the cars. We are looking forward to be back next year.

In the kitchen we missed a detergent and washing up sponge.

Excellent size apartment with lovely balcony and views over lake. Good parking. Good value for money. Lidl supermarket close by and an Italian takeaway within walking distance. Staff helpful when we spoke to them.

Apartment deco is dated but it is still comfortable and everything you need. It is a 20 minute walk into centre of Evian downhill and quite steep up hill to return. We didn't mind but anyone who struggles should not consider staying here.

You do need a car to get to the centre of Evian , as the hotel is high on the hill.

Merveilleux, inoubliable.

Merveilleux séjour pour un week-end en amoureux dans un cadre exceptionnel. Très beau jardin, chambre avec vue sur le lac Léman, très belle salle à manger avec de superbes fenêtres à petits carreaux en bois, et un délicieux petit-déjeuner. La patronne de l’hôtel est adorable et le lieu dans son ensemble a une âme, une sorte de « petite madeleine de Proust ». Séjour « hors du temps » et inoubliable.

Excellent accueil, la vue sur le Lac Leman depuis le bacon est superbe! Une table ronde, des chaises, un tancarville sur le bacon, c est parfait. Le lit kingsize de la chambre, et la taille de la chambre, parfait aussi. BUS = ligne 2 qui passe devant l hôtel et rejoint les bords du Lac Leman A VISITER = Buvette et source Cachat, le Palais des Lumières, croisière sur le Lac Leman sur bateau à énergie solaire calme et sans odeur de carburant

Il faisait très chaud (canicule) et pas de ventilateur dans le couchage de la partie cuisine.

Netter Aufenthalt fast in der Natur mit Blick auf See

An sich sehr angenehm nur hoch am Berg.. ( ohne Auto nicht reell machbar ) Einrichtung ein wenig « old scholl » aber ansonsten wirklich alles da !! wenn man Selbstversorger sein möchte.. Sehr ruhig + Seeblick und Balkon 😉✌️

Bonne étape dans cet hôtel malgré un environnement un peu bruyant la journée.

La chambre est très bien équipée, très propre. Du balcon, il y a une belle vue sur le lac. Le personnel de l'accueil est particulièrement charmant, serviable et efficace.

Une route très passagère empêche de profiter pleinement du lieu splendide et du balcon. Heureusement la nuit la route est peu fréquentée. L'hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs d'Evian donc pas très pratique si l'on veut aller au centre et au lac à pied.

Das Hotel liegt ca 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Unser Zimmer war teilweise erneuert und hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf den See.

Leider waren die Gartenmöbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind nicht vorhanden.

Charmant séjour à Evian

La chambre était grande, le lit confortable, le petit-déjeuner continental était très bon (pain et croissant de boulangerie). L'hôtel est entouré d'arbres et la dame à l'accueil était très sympathique.

L'hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs, ce qui est un avantage, mais pour les personnes sans voiture, les transports en commun (arrêt Route du Stade situé à côté de l'hôtel) sont absents le soir (à partir de 19h30) et le dimanche/jours fériés. Avec des valises, il est recommandé de prendre un taxi. Sinon, cela fait une bonne marche sportive (environ 30' en montée depuis le débarcadère).

Super Preis-Leistung für einen Aufenthalt in Evian!

Die Dame des Hauses hat jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt und frische Handtücher gebracht - das hatte einen super Wohlfühl-Faktor! Da es ca 15 Gehminuten von Centre Ville entfernt ist, war die Tatsache, dass Bella Italia in der Nähe ist perfekt! Die beste Pizza 🥰

bon séjour au calme et tranquille

deux chambres sur le meme étage donc calme,un petit balcon avec vue sur le lac,le parking gratuit avec plusieurs places de parc,pour notre chien pas de frais super bien,petite kitchenette,machines à café,bouilloire électrique,petite télévision.

une télévision un peu plus grande,un duvet à la place de couverture,des oreillers plus fermes
