Leofoo Residences

This was our first visit to Taipei and we were very comfortable in this suite. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom were all superlative. The decor is slightly worn but that did not bother us at all. The front staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming.

Leofoo provided a baby cot on request. Sound proofing was quite good, and I didn't hear much outside noise despite hotel being on busy road. Free beverages and snacks every day. Nice electronic toilet functions and very comfortable bed. Room service was very good, with ample drinking water supplied everyday. Washing machine was in the bathroom and had in-built dryer function - very convenient and washing detergent was supplied. Only 4 rooms on each level, which means it's fairly quiet in the hallway. Room change request due to bad odours was kindly arranged by front staff. Excellent front staff who were very fluent in English. Staff very kindly held our luggage for 1 day while we took an overnight trip to Jiufen.

My father was placed in a room on level 2 which I think has not been used frequently - he reported a drain smell, and also said the washing machine had a mouldy smell like it hadn't been aired out after it was last used. He was able to request a room change. The lighting in the bathrooms is poor, making it difficult to see.

We really appreciate how helpful the staff were. They were patient with understanding us using our poor translation skills. The air conditioning was excellent.

Nothing. We had some difficulty navigating the city but that is no reflection on the property and the staff were always very helpful.

Washing machine&dryer (locks itself) takes several hours dont do before leave. happyhour only certain day or time. Bathroom fan noisy. No breakfast,just drink in lobby. Not as big as expected. (I stayed here a few times)
