Old and tired accomodation!

This Hotel was very eclectic and charming. Sadly that’s where it ended.

The rooms are way outdated and old. The bathtub/shower was unrealistic and tiny for a grown adult. The bed was absolutely rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. Worse thing was when I went to pay with my credit card their Eftpos machine was not working. I tried a different card and still not working. In the end luckily I had some emergency cash I keep and had to pay with that. This was very disappointing and I feel a little dishonest on their part. No receipt was given just another Greek establishment wanting to deal in cash to avoid the Tax man. I’m wondering what would have happened if I didn’t have the cash. Very disappointing!!

Great place for visiting the National Park.

super friendly host, lots of home made products for breakfast or as a snack. It’s family run and they really trying to make you feel at home. Rooms are comfortable and clean, nice balcony with mountain view.

Wifi in the room at the end of the corridor is not good, but available in the dining room.

Μαγευτικά!!!

Μια μαγική απόδραση! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Το τζάκι στο δωμάτιο δημιούργησε την απόλυτη ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα που αναζητούσαμε για τις κρύες νύχτες του βουνού. Το πρωινό ήταν το highlight της ημέρας: πλούσιο, με αγνά τοπικά προϊόντα και χειροποίητες γεύσεις που σου έδιναν την τέλεια ενέργεια για εξορμήσεις. Καθαριότητα, υπέροχη θέα και ζεστή φιλοξενία. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

Τα δωμάτια ζεστά από το airconticion οι διάδρομοι παγάκι. Το πρωινό έπρεπε να ήταν πιο προσεγμένο. Και οι ιδιοκτήτες να είναι πιο φιλικοί στους πελάτες.

Μια όμορφη απόδραση

Δωμάτιο άνετο και περιποιημένο με καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Ωραιο πρωινό με σπιτικά εδέσματα από τους ιδιοκτήτες, οι οποίοι ήταν πολύ θερμοί άνθρωποι.

Θα θέλαμε μονο να υπάρχει τζάμι/plexiglass ή κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο για να μην φεύγουν τα νερά εκτός.

L’hotel si chiama Panorama, ma la vista dalla nostra stanza era tutt’altro che panoramica

Forse la colazione

La stanza corrispondeva alle foto, ma ci sono stati diversi aspetti molto deludenti: Il bagno non aveva né tendina né vetro per la doccia, con la conseguenza che a ogni utilizzo si allagava completamente il pavimento. I dispenser di shampoo e bagnoschiuma erano chiaramente riutilizzati e semplicemente riempiti con lo stesso prodotto sia per capelli che per il corpo (allego foto). Una parete della camera presentava una crepa rattoppata e riverniciata in modo poco curato. L’hotel si chiama Panorama, ma la vista dalla nostra stanza era tutt’altro che panoramica (foto allegata). I centrini dei comodini e il copridivano erano pieni di polvere, segno di una pulizia approssimativa. L’accoglienza è stata altrettanto deludente: al check-in non sapevano neppure che tipo di camera avessimo prenotato (superior o standard) e non conoscevano il prezzo della stanza, che abbiamo dovuto comunicare noi.il rapporto qualità prezzo non è accettabile! Sinceramente non riesco a capire come una struttura con standard così bassi di pulizia, manutenzione e organizzazione possa avere recensioni così alte.

Είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, που βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο της Κόνιτσας (περίπου ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια). Τόσο οι ιδιοκτήτες όσο και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και ευχάριστοι. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ νόστιμο, με ποικιλία επιλογών!

Hôtel typique de Zagorie, mieux vaut parler grec, seul le cuisinier sait parler anglais.

Εξαιρετική θέα! Η κουρτίνα περιττή, όταν από την μπαλκονόπορτα ατενίζεις ένα υπέροχο θέαμα! Το δωμάτιο με ωραία χρώματα και ικανοποιητικής άνεσης για τον χρόνο διαμονής μας. Η θερμοκρασία του χώρου, κανονική για την εποχή! Ψυγείο που λειτουργούσε σωστά! Δεύτερα μαξιλάρια για όλους, χωρίς καν να έχουν ζητηθεί! Πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο μπάνιο, χωρίς υδραυλικά προβλήματα!

Θα ήθελα περισσότερες κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο, όπως επίσης και στον χώρο του δωματίου, για τα πανωφόρια, κλπ. Επίσης, μια κουρτίνα στην μπανιέρα, θα εξυπηρετούσε.....
