The room was very good and comfortable. Stavros was an hospitable host offering treats and advice for our stay. Most of the things were new and the apartment seemed renovated. Excellent establishment.

My only comment is about Konitsa (location of the apartment). It is a decent gateway to other places of interest but in my point of view this small city has nothing special to offer while the surrounding villages are very beautiful and vibrant.

Fantastic accommodation

The apartments were comfortable and well furnished. Convenient kitchen. Fantastic bay window to the village and mountains. Very responsive host. The nights were cool and the accommodation was heated. Opportunity to go on nature trails.

For me, the bed was a little hard, but it's a matter of taste

Quiet, comfy and affordable right next to the Gorges - Best in Konitsa.

The host was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. He gave us a local map and offered many great ideas of places to hike and visit. The room had a great little kitchenette so we could make meals anytime. It was fully equipped and all worked perfectly. Also, the room had a great heater and there was plenty of hot water. At night it was as quiet as a mountain top even though fairly close to the road. Short drive up to town and convenient to the gorges which are Amazingly beautiful and easy to walk. Highly recommended !

Bed was a little too hard for this old back so put a blanket underneath and all was fine :) No real complaints at all.

Would recommend if not for the woodsmoke problem/

Views are good if you ignore the immediate surroundings of builders yards and other commercial activities. Parking is easy. The owner was happy to supply additional cooking equipment.

The worst thing was the constant smell of woodsmoke coming from the water boiler below the apartments. It appears to lack a proper flue. Several mornings I awoke feeling slightly sick as a result. Cooking facilities consist of just two hobs, no oven or microwave.

A great base for your visit to the area! Great views and very friendly staff!

We had a lovely time at Artemis apartments, it was well equipped and felt just like home! The environment is really beautiful with a lot of nice walks and many places to visit close by. Stauros is a lovely host, prompt to respond and gave us many tips on hikes, walks and anything involving nature in the area. Looking forward to visit Konitsa again, definitely recommended!

Το καλοσορισμα του κ.Σταυρου ηταν μοναδικό. Νιωσαμε οτι βρεθηκαμε στο σπιτι μας. Δεν μας ελλειψε τιποτα. Η καθαριοτητα αψογη. Στις 5 ημερες μας τακτοποιησαν και καθαρισαν 3 φορες το δωματιο μας. Ο κ. Σταυρος ευγενικος και ο καλυτερος επαγγελματιας που εχουμε γνωρίσει. Εργαζόμενοι στον τουρισμο πανω απο 15 χρονια , δεν εχουμε ξαναζησει κατι τετοιο. Σιγουρα θα προτινουμε το χωρο σας και σιγουρα θα ξανα ανανεωσουμε το ραντεβου μας. Χιλια ευχαριστώ. Καλη Χρονια με υγεϊα.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία

Πολύ εξυπηρετικός άνθρωπος ο Σταύρος ιδιοκτήτης. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε την φιλοξενία, καθώς μας έδωσε οδηγίες για την περιοχή και μας κέρασε και τσίπουρο. Επίσης την τελευταία μέρα ήταν πολύ ανοιχτός με το θέμα της ώρας αναχώρησης που μου έκανε μεγάλη εντύπωση. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και είχε μέσα όλα τα απαραίτητα. Θα το ξαναεπιλέξω αν είναι να μείνω στην Κόνιτσα .

הגעתי לאחר טיול רגלי, סטרבוס קיבל את פני בצורה מאוד נעימה, וגם נתן לי טרמפ למרכז העיר. החדר היה נעים מאוד ונקי, עם אפשרות לפתוח חלונות משני כיוונים לזרימת אוויר, וגם רשתות שמונעות מיתושים להכנס! המטבחון נוח לבישול ארוחות קטנות על כיריים חשמליות. מרפסת אחת לזריחה ואחת לשקיעה.

Propriétaire sympathique et serviable, balcon assez grand avec vue sur la montagne au loin, chambre confortable et bien meublée, kitchenette simple mais suffisante.

Garage à côté de la résidence pouvant être un peu bruyant par moment, en semaine. Wifi faible et intermittente.
