Price paid did not justify our expectations for the facilities we received

Location is in front of the lake. Beautiful location when whether is great. Good place for people want to do wind surfing, cycling, sailing. No other restaurant options, other than driving a bit far (~25 kms) from the location.

Parking access is NOT accessible after 22hrs (10pm in the evening). Breakfast could have been better for the price paid. The water clogs in the bathroom. Easy to access the property if driving by car. The facilities and limitations in the property could have been briefed or described a bit more clearly.

Family Vacation in Quiet Place

I like this location because it is quiet.

There is no sand beach, private swimming pool, refrigerator in the room and SPA.

Peaceful with good wind

The place is very peaceful, even if you don't go for sports. There is a large garden/beach with good sun chairs. It is a good place to scape from the city.

I missed a mini bar in my room. I booked the last room available, and I couldn't check if there was one in the other room options. But that didn't make anything bad.

It was so perfect for us that we didn't even go to look for something in the nearby area.

Some may not like the closedness of the area, but for us it was perfect. The place is fantastic. Breakfast is great. The comfort of living is super. By the way, there is a place to eat - not only in the hotel - and there is a grocery store. So - everything you need for real rest.

Freedom of Movement is restricted - do not recommend!

The nature around the place is nicr

The hostel has some very weird rules in to place. For example you can't move your car out of the parking lot after 10pm or enter the parking lot after 10pm. So if you want to go out at night you are literally stuck at the place because the next bigget town is only reachable by car. They say it is for security reason but seriously we are in northern italy and not in colombia. I think the reason is because they try to reduce cost by not employing someone for the night shift. The check in is also only possible until 7pm. I would definetly not recommend staying here because your vacation will be restricted by these time issues!

Felt like family

Everything, never felt more like family at any hotel i have stayed. Always a smile, always attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Also the food is amazing, even down to a burger and fries for example is flavoursome not bland. Asked for gluten free one time and it was remembered for all other meals. Proper mug of tea not tiny cups.

Beautiful lake stay

Absolutely beautiful location and very comfortable, modern and clean place to stay. Being right on the lake is great for water activities. The restaurant onsite is fantastic for dinner (great pizza and carbanara) and the local towns are awesome to explore. The breakfast that is included is average but fine - value for what you pay for though.

This is not a critique of the hostel... the staff were very helpful with regards to the hostel, but there was no connection between the onsite rental company that hires kayaks and SUPs etc out and the hostel. We were unable to hire any SUPs because there wasn't anyone in the office to help us and unfortunately the hostel staff could not comment or help. We luckily hired from another company down the road. Maybe this is because it was October and the season seemed to be winding down.

not worth the the money we spent , never again .

the only thing is the free parking spot..

1. 110€ for night and no ac. when we ask for what to do ? the staff told us to leave the window open. so we left the window of the balcony open all night and listen to the cars that drive by and mosquitoes just fly into the room. (the staff said don’t worry just close the light and leave the window open , no mosquitos ..) 2. you can’t eat in the room or you get the penalty.(written loud and clear on the prospect that they gave us) 3. the prices of the restaurant place are expensive and do not worth the value . (worst pizza we ate in Italy) 4. the check in is until 19:00 otherwise you will have problem , luckily we reached around 19 cause we made wrong turn on the way .. 5.the parking spot open till 22:00 after this hour the gate is locked .

Exceptional

We stayed here only for one night, but had an amazing time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a small balcony. Staff is really friendly, we came with electric car and they let us charge on the outlet (for a fee of used electricity), which was super nice for us. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of things to choose from. But what was most amazing were the views of mountains and Garda lake.

Never again .

Front desk staff are helpful .The Restaurant staff were excellent , Their food was very good . This is the place to stay if you are into watersports , they have excellent facilities . If you are a family planning some mild beach activities its not worth it , probably head to the adjacent towns.

1) There is no wifi in the room ! They have ethernet via a connection in the room phone., they advice that a cable can be got on request . That is disappointing . In this day and age the use of ethernet is very limited- unless you are lugging a laptop around or have the foresight to be carrying a ethernet to wifi coverter! 2) The AC will only go down to 24 degree centigrade ! And it conked out after the first night and never got repaired. 3) You are not allowed to eat food in the rooms ! Can you believe that one ?yes, you cant eat food in the room -apparently its unhygeneic You are on holiday , you want to snack watching the news at night and you cant eat where you are staying . Boy i didnt have to go through that even in my college hostel- unbelievable !!!!!!!!! 3) The location is a bit difficult to find and once there you realize that to drive south all navigation apps will determinedly take you several km up north to Limone del sur to go south again - there are time restricted roads, tunnels, and obviously you cant turn around on marrow roads so hey the location is a bit irritating because of the access roads /tunnels. Should have stayed at Limone - far more lively and easy to go anywhere. 4) You have to collect your keys by 7pm , after that you cant get it- thats what i was messaged. So they dont have desk presence for key collection after that time. 5) You cant park in their dedicated parking after a certain time - i think 10 pm , i suppose because there is no one to open their security gate . Both this and the previous point can be very difficult to digest for families who may be sightseeing around the lakes and need to come in a bit later - say after a leisurely dinner outside... hey thats what you tend to do on vacations right?

being right on the water was awesome. Loved being close. If you are a kite or wind surfer this is your ideal spot.

The breakfast was boring and cold after a while. a few of the food and Bev staff were not welcoming and should not be working in that industry. not kind. called. hostel but no kitchen. very expensive for what it gives. WiFi worked in common areas and sometimes in room. worked well enough for work/zoom calls. tried to charge me at the end of my stay for extra food I ate in the restaurant but didn’t show a bill. just basically said a random number I owed without giving proof of what exactly it was. served a “Caesar salad” with balsamic vinegar dressing. food was not good.

Very good

Location is good, rooms are very clean with all facilities that you need and very modern. Good air conditioning, clean and comfy beds, nice hot shower.

The breakfast here let's the hostel down unfortunately- the eggs were freezing cold, the toast was rock hard and inedible. The offering for the breakfast was not good. It is a shame as everything else for the hostel was very good.

Peaceful spot at Garda Lake

The location , quiet and relaxing.

A bit noisy from the rooms (not very well isolated from the corridor) and the service from the restaurant, it was very very very slow, they took very long to taje our orders, and even to bring the bill. We also asked in advanced if they had vegan dishes. They said the gnocchis were vegan so we stayed for dinner but they were not so I had to eat a salad that wasn't that great. I would have prefered to research more and go somewhere else for dinner. And, the breakfast says to be vegan but they only had tomatoes and cucumbers (and some fruit) but no plant based milk for the coffee or vegan yogurt, no vegan butter, nothing for on the bread or sweets.

It was wonderful.

The place was very nice, the cliffs are impressive and the lake is beautiful. The hotel room was comfortable, the personnel was hospitality. Restaurant food was delicious. In the pizza buffet Truffle pizza was fabulous :)

The room was not so quiet as I was supposed to be. Late evening on the upper floor some children were too active, their running messed up us to fall asleep.

The village Campione is too small without many possibilities to eat and walk. We also missed a fridge in the room.
