Wonderful place to visit for a holiday

Very clean throughout and a great location for the town Pieve - the pool was perfect and we loved the barbecue area too - would like to return

Spacious, comfortable apartment

The apartment was really spacious with all that you might need for a comfortable, self catering stay. The swimming pool was great with beautiful views. Loved the block-out blinds and it also helped to keep the apartment cool. It was lovely sitting on the balcony with stunning views!

The aircon in the living area did not work and it was incredibly warm so management should just look into that.

This is a beautiful accommodation. Everything is very nice and neat. The pool upstairs is beautiful. The apartment is good and everything is there. Also very friendly and helpful owner. Pieve is within walking distance, with good restaurants, an ice cream shop and a creepy terrace. I also recommend the car scale model shop in the center.

Apartment quite noisy. You can hear the neighbors well. The beds were also very hard, too hard in our opinion. You should also not be afraid when driving a car. Beautiful road, but sometimes narrow, and some Italians drive like crazy.

Really nice apartment building in beautiful little town of Pieve near lake Garda.

Residence Terry locates in the most beautiful mountain top hill village. The apartment itself was really clean and had everything you need. I higly recommend this place.

Be ready to drive on a really curvy and narrow Italian road. The good thing is it is really beautiful road but you have time limitations on when getting down the road. The apartment did not have any towels, I think you needed to ask them extra. It was okay for us since we had our own but you should point it more for people to know that.

Very good

Lovely location high above the lake, great mountain view. Close to the restaurants, there is also a small shop nearby. Our apartment (the larger one) was spacious with a plenty of storage space and a large balcony, the kitchen was supplied with all the equipment we needed. The pool is quite small, but it was sufficient for our stay. There are a few small lake beaches in the nearest small cities at the lake, about 20 minutes driving down the hill, which is quite challenging as the road slope is really steep.

There was no shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, no dish washing basics in the kitchen and the linen and towels were for extra charge. The pool area is above the facility, might be difficult for little kids/seniors, as there are quite a lot of stairs to get there. There is not much space outside for the kids to play, only at the pool area, which is very limited.

The location is fine and the interestung way to get there. Free parking outside the residence.

We spent 2 nights in mid April. The heating is 10€ per night, which is not covered. The info is written in description. However, this is the first time I heard about charging for heating. It's the very bad way to make an extra money and its not understandable and should be included in the price. The next surprise is charge for towels 15€/day/person. We were 3persons, so that means 45€ for towels a day! This is the most stupid charge I have ever seen. It's idiotic considering price of towels. As we were 3 persons, however only 2 bed linen were provided. We dared to ask for another, so the new €charge would be on the table. During our stay in first two hours we killed 4 bugs (not clean apartment). The cleaning cloth, which was left to be used - horrible!!! We immidiately throwed it away. Equipment in the kitchen is poor, knife not sharp at all. For the price I would recommend to choose another accomodation.

I liked the layout of the property with the chill-out, swimming pool and whirlpool areas. It didn't feel like a hotel. Excellent storage area for bikes!

Kitchen equipment wasn't quite what you are normally provided with (missing the variation of pots and things like a grater) Towels and sheets cost extra!!! It is in the description but I didn't spot it. There was also a €20 per day fee for heating which in April is required. I understand in the current times the reason for this but it does add a lot onto the overall price (although it is optional) and should be made very clear.

It’s beautifully located, clean and friendly. However, for budget traveller, one can expect some additional costs.

It is clean, located beautifully between the hills.

We were charged separately for the heating and for the bedding. Especially during the winter season these costs are expected to be included in the fee. It was however communicated to us well.

The location is great, wonderful views of the mountains. amazing roof terrace area with hot tub, lovely pool area. Fantastic facilities in the apartment, the property has everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen amenities it was very well equipped. Short walk to Pieve village where you will find one of the best pizzerias in the area!!

The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbours, but it was no big issue.

du to location too remote to enjoy lake garda

the location view is nice and a big balcony, the room it ok. a bit out dated but clean and maintained well. no complaints there. there is a nice paid pool next to the place and for kids there is a family friendly resturand that pretty good.

The place is high up on the mountain in lake garda with a narrow winding road. its takes 20 min each way for lemon if you wanna visit the lake. usually on high season it all one big traffic jam so it can take 1 hour just to get to the lake.

Superb

Very nice setting and views. We stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 children; 6 and 9 years old and we all enjoyed our stay. Very nice pool area and once again stunning views! Pieve the village is also very nice - an amazing road (and somewhat scary, where it is sometimes very difficault to meet another car). We drove quite often down to Limone to stay at the beach/lake - about a 20 minute drive. Clean and nice rooms and overall clean residence. A lot of stairs up to the poolarea - but totally worth it! But if you have difficaulty to walk, it could be an issue. But overall - we loved our stay!

We liked our staying in the residence.

The residence is located in a beautiful location, with very spectacular views. A shop is just 5 minutes of walking, and 10 minutes to the centre of the village. The residence has shared poll, jacuzzi and terrace with fireplace for barbecue. There were no air conditioner in our apartment, but the air coolness and freshness somehow came to the apartment from the building shadow side.

Towels for extra cost. We didn't need 3 towels each family member, but at least one towel for a person could be provided at no cost. This could be included in the whole price.

Lovely apartment for a family stay

A wonderful place for a vacation near the Garda lake. It is up the mountain, so expect to drive up and down a windy road for about 20 minutes to go down to the lake or travel to other towns. But the views are breathtaking, among them the view from the pool. Residence Terry offered a good spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, very clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the road and mountains. Kitchen well equipped for making coffee and uncomplicated meals. Pool is great, and there is another bigger public pool with a bar nearby, if you wish change of scenery. A few good shops and restaurants in town Pieve. Across from the residence, there is another hotel with a good restaurant. Perfect parking space. you get lots of value for money her.

Wi-fi was a bit weak. Expect soft beds.

Relaxed place for a holiday

Beautiful balcony with views. Clean and tidy apartment with all basic appliances. Friendly and approachable host which was very nice.

Two separate beds instead of one double bed we found very annoying. You have to pay €10 per day if you want to warm up the apartment in the evening when it's chilly, so we decided just to wear thick clothes in the evenings.

a relatively good apartment that need to improve

the location was great, although no direct view of the lake. the road is exhausting, though nice experience to drive. unfortunately the short way to the village was closed due to construction works, so had to drive an extra 20 min. the lake region is dreamy with lot of charming cities and attractions. Jacuzzi and pool were a good bonus. the apartment were large enough for 3 adults and 2 kids. the host Massimo was really friendly and helpful.

the fact that we have to pay extra for towels and bed linin as for the heating is in my opinion unprofessional. the apartment did not have an oven or a dishwasher. the tv is super small. the beds were horrible. we all had nightmares every day of our stay because the were not comfortable.

Faboulous stay in Tremosine sul Garda

The apartments are super clean and well equipped. There are enough parking slots. Special thanks to the staff, for understanding our needs and facilitating our stay. Supermarket and children playground are just next to the apartments. Pool is clean and suits for children. Cleanliness and anti-Covid measures are at the highest level. For example there is a sign behind the sunbeds, which indicates, whether someone laid before you (if turned to red side) or if it is already cleaned (if turned to green side). Besides this, one very important details is the Ubiquity Wi-Fi system, which contributes to high speed of internet, with no regards of how many devices are connected. Would recommend this property to all travelers, which are looking for a great stay nearby garda. P.S there is also a great pool club nearby - 3Musen, if the pool in the property will be considered as too small.

Its very far from Gardasee. The Room neighbours were so noisy, euch morning we got up early because of Baby crying. Internet was first not working at all afterwards very slow. View is nice but noisy.

Jacuzzi / Whirlpool is the best part about the apartment, and an amazing view to go along with it.

We had to arrange our own dish cleaning fluid, toilet and bathroom utelisties like shower gel, hand wash etc.. and had to pay extra for towels which usually is always included from my experience.
