couldn’t find any sheets or pillow cases. didn’t get emailed information pack so access was difficult.

Large balcony with a wonderful view of the Chamonix Valley (facing north), very good location (close to centre, shops, stations), safe; attractive price compared to others in the area, easy to find and check-in.
Outdated furniture, an uncomfortable bed and a stove that worked very poorly. There wasn't even salt in the kitchen, and no toiletries in the bathroom; we only received cleaning supplies and one small roll of toilet paper. It wasn't particularly clean. We had to carry the bag of rented bed linen and towels to the office ourselves on the morning of our departure (we hadn't been warned about this when booking the apartment).
