About this apartment rental

Fully renovated 2-room apartment of 33m² for 4 people with private individual garage and ski locker. Each room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the Mont-blanc massif.
1 bedroom with two closets, a sofa bed.
Living room with a sofa bed (2 x 80 x 190 cm), TV (TNT channels), USB socket.
At your disposal: a duvet 220 x 240cm, two quilts 140 x 200cm and 4 pillows (2 of 60x60cm and 2 of 40x60cm) and a vacuum cleaner.
Kitchen: 3 induction hobs, fan oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric coffee maker.
Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine.
Electric heating.
Animal accepted.
Close to all amenities: shops, 20m from the train station, 100m from buses, 50m from the free shuttle, 200m from the sports center (swimming pool, tennis etc ...).
600m from the Planards piste, 700m from the Savoy piste and 900m from the Brévent cable car.
800m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car.
On arrival, welcome products (sponge, dishwasher products, washing machine, dishes, soap and a bottle of water in the fridge).

We booked this flat in Chamonix for our NYE holidays. Was not first time in Chamonix and we knew more or less the town and the ski areas. For the kids we had to walk until the Savoy area which is 700m away, that means that we had to carry our gear 4x times per day in the ski area. (Difficult with the ski boots). The flat had “all” the basics to stay, however some basic staff were missing. WiFi it’s crucial in 2025 as the reception of the French providers was very poor. The intercom must have switch off button as the area was quite busy and many youngsters were passing by and were ringing the bell in the middle of the night. In the garage you cannot park a car longer than 4.5m, so for a big car forget it and finally I didn’t get it why 2x sofa beds instead of 1x sofa bed and 1x double bed. Anyway, thanks a lot for the hospitality and the prompt replies of the property management. Definitely we look forward to go back.
