Closed and individual garage, 1 outdoor parking space. Orientation south east.
On the ground floor: 1 entrance, 1 master bedroom, closet, 1 shower room with toilet and storage. Garage with washing machine and cumulus.
On the 1st floor: fully equipped kitchen open onto a beautiful living room with balcony and view of the Mont Blanc massif, dining area, 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds. Separate toilets
TNT, wifi access Pets welcome.
Bus shuttle (free) 150m to the town and the slopes. 5 mm from the sports center, swimming pool, background fire pit. QC term at 900m
Small mountain train, St Gervais - Vallorcine line nearby but not running at night.

The ski bus stop is just around the corner. Easily walk to the city's center. My family loved the two storey layout and 2 bathrooms. The garage for ski equipment was great. Very comfortable.

Clean, well-equipped apartment, great location for town centre, rail and bus links. Beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Access to endless running and walking trails from the front door. Lovely, friendly host - gave us a delicious apple tart during our stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Apartment is well kept and well appointed, in a very quiet neighborhood, with very easy walking access to Chamonix. The train line is close by, but it only runs during the day and is not very frequent, so does not cause any real problems. The host Nadine was very friendly and great with communications.

We stayed one week in this very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped townhouse in Chamonix, France, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. The host was very friendly & helpful, greeting us & orienting us to the flat. The apartment had comfortable furnishings & a great kitchen with high-quality dishes & cookware as well as plenty of supplies (coffee/filters, oil/vinegar, mineral water/juice), plus a welcome cake. We also appreciated having a washing machine, and all applianced were very user-friendly. The Internet was fast-speed & reliable, the smart TV excellent. We are a retired couple, but the apartment is appropriate for families with a 2nd bedroom furnished with bunkbeds as well as lots of games & equipment for very young children. The location was excellent, about a 10-minute walk into Chamonix Village & 15-minutes to the cable car to the top of Mont Blanc - very accessible to shops & several supermarkets, also to a myriad of hiking/biking trails. The property included dedicated parking, a real plus, since parking is at a premium in Chamonix. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & highly recommend it to others.

Nadine est très accueillante, sympathique, super ! L’appartement est confortable, l’équipement est complet, absolument rien ne manque, grande propreté. On s’y sent chez-soi. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Teenagern und einem mittelgroßen Hund, die unsere Winterferien über Silvester in Chamonix verbracht haben. Diese Wohnung ist ein Glückstreffer. Sie ist sehr schön, mit Liebe eingerichtet und hat eine außergewöhnlich komplette Küche. Es gibt sogar ein Raclette- und ein Fonduegerät. Außerdem gibt es eine Garage, wo das Auto geschützt steht und nicht vom Schnee befreit werden muss. Es gibt WLAN! Diese Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Lage. Fast direkt vorm Haus befindet sich ein Wäldchen in dem die Langlaufloipe gespurt ist und daneben ein Wanderweg verläuft auf dem man mit dem Hund spazieren gehen kann. An der nah gelegenen Haltestelle kann man den Bus zu den Gondeln nehmen. In beide Richtungen befinden sich die Skigebiete, jeweils ca. 10 min. mit dem Bus. Man bekommt auch ein Bus/Bahn Ticket für frei während der Zeit des Urlaubs. Die Vermieterin Nadine war sehr herzlich und freundlich zur ganzen Familie und unserem Hund.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Nadine qui a su nous mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée. (2 adultes, 1 enfant, 1 chat). Le chalet était très propre dans les moindres recoins (sanitaires, matelas, linge de maison, frigo...). Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, joliment décoré et très bien équipé (vaisselle, lave linge, fer a repasser, cafetière, étendoir, vélo, luge ! ...). De plus il est proche du centre ville et de toutes commodités. Stationnement facile et garage individuel. D'autre part il y a une magnifique vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc et sur l'aiguille du midi. La propriétaire est restée disponible tout au long de notre séjour pour des questions pratiques. Personne très sympathique et attentionnée. A refaire sans hésitation.

Idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre ville et de toutes ses commodités (même pour une enfant de 3 ans). La proximité de la voie ferrée n'est absolument pas dommageable. Le logement est parfait, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Nadine vous accueil chaleureusement. Bref, nous reviendrons !

L'appartement situé dans un chalet est très fonctionnel, bien agencé, décoré avec goût et parfaitement propre. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec ma fille et ma sœur sans oublié notre petite chienne Pepsi. Encore un grand merci à Nadine pour toutes ses petites attentions à votre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location qui est très bien située. C’est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer !!!

Super accueil de Nadine la propriétaire, avec plein de conseils sur les excursions, remise d'un pass donnant un accès gratuit aux transports... L'appartement est joli, parfaitement propre, très fonctionnel, avec barrière de sécurité pour l'escalier. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons découvert un chalet entretenu avec goût et fonctionnel pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est très bien situé ( environ 10 mn à pied du centre ville ) . Nous avons aussi rencontré une propriétaire à l’écoute et disponible . Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner .

Un cadre magnifique. L'appartement est très bien situé tout proche du centre ville, très propre et décoré avec goût, on s'y sent chez-soi. La vue du chalet est superbe avec les montagnes des deux côtés. Nadine est adorable, elle nous a donné de bons conseils et nous a laissé des petites douceurs à notre arrivée. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances et serions ravis de revenir!!

Logement parfaitement conforme à lannonce , très propre, décoré avec goût. Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire et quelques douceurs nous attendaient !!! Une vue magnifique tous les matins sur le Mont Blanc. Proche de la ville avec en plus des vélo qui nous ont permis de faire des ballades. Très content de cette location . A renouveler prochainement. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en família. La casa muy comoda, no le falta de nada, a 10' caminando del centro, o si lo prefieres en bus tres paradas. Nadine que es muy atenta te da los pases para viajar en bus y tren gratis durante la estancia. Nosotros que hemos llevado nuestro perro, justo al girar la calle hay un bosque precioso donde puede correr libremente . Tambien lo puedes subir en cualquier trasporte , tren, telesilla..excepto l'aiguille de midi. Os recomiendo este alojamiento sin ninguna duda.

Nadine nous a chaleureusement accueillis. La localisation du chalet est idéale, proche du centre de Chamonix (10 minutes à pied), de la rivière et de la piscine (5 min), des remontées Flégère (bus direct à 2 pas du chalet, 5 min), des remontées des Grands Montets (bus direct 15 minutes) et Balme (bus direct 30 minutes). Le chalet est très fonctionnel et conforme à la description, bien équipé, propreté impeccable. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

En vacances avec nos deux enfants, nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le très joli appartement de Nadine ! À la fois traditionnelle, moderne et chaleureuse, sa maison est décorée avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Parfaitement équipée, elle est en outre idéalement située à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville de Chamonix. Le calme, tout en étant à quelques enjambées de la ville et ses commerces, un vrai luxe ! Le garage fermé est également un plus très appréciable. Et pour parfaire le tout, Nadine se montre aussi discrète que disponible et vous accueille avec de délicates attentions ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, tant pour l'appartement et son confort, que pour la gentillesse de Nadine et le plaisir de la revoir !
