The location was convenient, although a somewhat run down area
Access to a washing machine was appreciated
The collection of keys was badly managed and the staff at the management agency extremely ignorant.
The apartment is much smaller than advertised: there is barely room between the bunks & the wall to stand sideways; there is no external window in one 'bedroom'; there is barely room to pass another person in the entry way.
The mattress in the main bedroom is either badly sprung or old - the canyon created in the middle requires a grappling hook to climb out of.
There was no bathmat provided and insufficient washing supplies for 4 people over 2 days.
