Experience true Italy

We got exactly the room we saw on the photos during booking. Everything was clean, working and you get exactly what's advertized. Staff is extremely friendly, kind and thoughtful, and is always available via the phone in the room. Very nice location - you have bakery 20 meters away, and a couple of groceries within 5 minutes of walk. Cable car is 10-15 minutes in ski boots, which isn't bad at all. Bed was very comfortable, I was fully recovering after each day of snowboarding. I will definitely choose Baita dei Pini next time I return here.

Maybe ski room. It's cold, so we took the boots to the room and dried them there, but skis and snowboard got dry overnight. Otherwise everything was great. There was a problem with wifi, but I called Klaudio and he fixed it right away.

Exceptional

We had to make a huge detour on the way caused by a closed pass. Arriving pretty late, after surviving some harzardous hairpin bends along the way, the reception was remarkable. Upon entering the apartment we felt immediately at home. Only disappointment was the absence of snow (:-(), however we were able to have a bit of snow fun at the nearby Ski area Madesimo. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

Perhaps a small reminder text warning guests that the Spluga pass is closed during the winter.

Rádi se sem vrátíme.

Vše bylo absolutně čisté, majitelé velmi milí, byli jsme naprosto spokojení. Vybaveni kuchyně bylo až překvapující, nic nám nechybělo.

Nebyly tu žádné peřiny, jen deka a prostěradlo. V kuchyni nefungovala 1 plotýnka a celkově varnou desku by bylo vhodné vyměnit za indukční, aby vaření netrvalo tak dlouho.
