Absolutely perfect - stunning view from the balcony, super modern, clean and stylish apartment that had anything that you would need for a stay. It really was the most thoughtfully designed and well-stocked apartment/hotel that I have ever been in.

Spotless, functional, beautiful view, walkable

The apartment is extremely clean and has everything one needs, plus thoughtful touches. There are spices, oil, coffee, cold water, ice cubes, hand soap, body wash, etc. Cute magazines about the region were fun and informative to read. The garage helped us not to have to worry about our car. The river and mountain view is gorgeous, and I personally enjoyed having the river so close to listen to it rushing by. It's sound covers up any street noise. Below the balcony, we gazed upon neighbors' pomegranate tree and pretty garden. Agostino is responsive, friendly and professional. He met us to explain everything clearly and gave great tips. The beautiful town center is a few minutes away on foot. We walked to dinner along a path by the river. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was delicious. Thank you, Agostino!

Beautiful property with a scenic view, would stay again.

The property had a beautiful scenic view and was very close to the old town centre. It also had plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The hosts were very generous and offered to pick us up from the train station even though it was only a short walk.

The probably the best place to stay in Chiavenna.

The view from the balcony was sensational! One of the best views I have ever experinced. Mountain river and the Alps. The host was very helpfull and provided us all neccessary information regardin the property and the city of Chiavenna. Check-in and check-out was easy. Private parking hall was a super.

Fabulous accommodation in a beautiful village. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for an over night stay. The location is perfect and views are stunning. Shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Our host, Agostino was very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot in the middle of Chiavenna with a lovely view from the balcony. The apartment is fitted out very well and the airconditioning was a blessing during the hot nights.

Bilocale perfetto. C era tutto l occorrente per poter viverci. Posizione perfetta in centro a chiavenna. Molto rilassante dormire con il suono del fiume che scorre in sottofondo. Ho soggiornato una sola notte con la mia bimba di tre mesi. Tutto perfetto grazie

Tracte immillorable, comoditat i molt bona ubicació

L’Agostino va ser molt amable i proper en tot moment. Tot estava absolutament net, polit i molt ben cuidat. Vam reservar només una hora abans d’arribar a Chiavenna i, tot i així, es va preocupar perquè ho tinguéssim tot a punt quan vam arribar. Un punt molt important per a nosaltres és que viatjàvem en cotxe i disposàvem d’un pàrquing privat tancat, cosa que dona molta tranquil·litat. A més, l’allotjament té vistes molt agradables al riu, que fan l’estada encara més especial. En tot moment es va mostrar receptiu i amb ganes d’ajudar, perquè ens sentíssim còmodes i poguéssim gaudir de l’estada.

Spettacolare soggiorno a Chiavenna

L’appartamento, costituito da un’ampissima zona salotto/cucina con un balcone che dà sul fiume, un grande bagno e una camera da letto, era molto pulito ed accogliente. Anche il proprietario, Agostino, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile nel fornirci le indicazioni per il self check-in, essendo arrivati in serata. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo invidiabile. Se ricapiteremo a Chiavenna, ritorneremo di sicuro.

Bella casa sul fiume, con tutto il necessario. Vicina al centro, ma fuori dal traffico. Comodo il bar convenzionato per fare la colazione.

E' un po' complicato entrare/uscire dal garage, soprattutto per chi ha una macchina un po' grande

bilocale con arredamento nuovo, dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, con aria condizionata, e posto auto. Colazione non disponibile ma convenzione con bar/pasticceria vicinissimo. Proprietario estremamente disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato.

Een aangename ervaring mede door de charme van het stadje en de ligging ervan (rivier en bergen).

Een goed appartement met een terras boven de rivier. Het is voorzien van al het benodigde, inclusief wasmachine. Het appartement is ook heel gunstig gelegen t.o.v. het stadje. Een bakker en een kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Eveneens dichtbij is Trattoria del Mercato, een goed en prettig restaurant. Pads voor het koffiemachientje waren voldoende aanwezig. Ook tabletten voor vaatwasser en wasmachine waren er.

Het appartement was in orde, maar niet luxueus. Er ontbreekt een goede fauteuil. Het derde bed werd onder de sofa vandaan gehaald. Er is wat rumoer van de snelstromende rivier. Veel wandelmogelijkheden, maar wel op moeilijk begaanbare paden (in de bergen).

Séjour parfait

Le village est très joli , l’appartement a une vue magnifique avec le bruit du cours d’eau juste en bas. L appartement est spacieux , bien agencé , propre. Tout a été pensé pour qu’on ne manque de rien durant le séjour. La cuisine est toute équipée , il y a une machine à laver et un séchoir ce qui est pratique quand on a besoin de laver son linge . L’hôte est d’une grande gentillesse et prend le temps de tout nous expliquer lors du Check in. Je recommande ce Logement sans hésiter .

Eine gepflegte Unterkunft, zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles zum Kochen vorhanden.

Die Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Man muss leider den Lärm des Flusses ertragen, wenn man auf dem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht sitzt.

vista spettacolare sul fiume, appartamento curato e funzionale

Posizione ideale per un soggiorno a Chiavenna, sia breve che per una lunga vacanza. Vista sul nucleo, sul fiume, sulle montagne, balconcino idilliaco per sedersi a gustare un caffé o un aperitivo, ma anche un pasto. Spazio esterno chiuso adatto per far giocare un bambino. Autorimessa con box auto nella casa, è necessaria un po' di cautela per la rampa d'accesso ma le manovre sono fattibili senza particolari problemi. La posizione rispetto al centro del paese è ideale, celebre bar Mastai a due passi. In pratica un appartamento di vacanza spazioso, arredato con gusto e cura, funzionale e accogliente.

Ambiente ottimamente ristrutturato, grande luminosità dal finestrone dell'ambiente principale che offre una vista incantevole. Tutti i comfort di una casa pulita, ben allestita e ben posizionata rispetto al centro cittadino coi suoi servizi. Presente anche parcheggio auto che semplifica la vita in modo considerevole.

Box auto leggermente ostico. Un profumatore d'ambiente non sarebbe male per migliorare il primo impatto.
