Amazing location with all you could want.

Disappointing- ant problem and loud animal in the roof at night.

Even though it was mid-April, the camp had lots of services open, including the Kids Club, pool, and animal park (although the park wasn’t open during our stay due to weather.) The on-site restaurant was nice! Our building had many nice features: good showers, nice kitchen, and the stand out was the lovely hot tub with lake view! Our kids enjoyed the mini club and the on-site store was very well-stocked.

Unfortunately, our building had an ant infestation in the bunk bed which we did not discover until putting the kids to bed. There was also some type of animal living inside or on top of the roof that made a huge amount of noise both nights we stayed there. After contacting the office multiple times, a maintenance man arrived the second afternoon. He partially treated the ant issue (we did not want spraying due to having to stay there that night) and provided an ultrasonic noise machine for the animal, which did not seem to affect it at all. I requested to be moved to a different building for the second night but was asked to stay in the same place. We were disappointed as we had booked one of the nicest places available there, and have never had these type of issues at other sites. Our kids love bunk beds, but were scared of the ants, and the adults were woken up multiple times each night by the animal. I hope the managers are able to address the issues so that future guests there can have a better experience. On the plus side, the maintenance and housekeeping staff we interacted with were lovely! Also of note - this room type is along a main village road and only about 50ft/15m back from the busy town road. The traffic noise is very noticeable during the day.

If you come by car perfect location, right outside the gate of camping village you get access to amazing Garda lake, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room basically has everything you need for comfort stay, fully equipped kitchen, bed shower washing machine, nice equipped balconies.

The only thing that I would mention, there was no hitting in the bath ... In beginning of November coming out of hot shower was a bit challenging for me,

Great place!

The houses were small but comfortable, with sufficient facilities. Air conditioning was available! The staff was very helpful, eventhough we arrived rather late (just before 10pm). The camping area is full of leasure zones - cafe, pool, kids playground, small shops, separate exit to the lake.

Nice, but pricey stay.

Location in the nature was really calming, however, little houses are very close to each other so not much privacy. But still not too bad, if you know what to expect. Parking was well organized and staff was friendly.

Very expensive place (Garda) as expected. WIFI was free for only 1 hr, the rest you have to pay. No Mobile Data available (probably because of the location). Would be nice if staff or someone warned us in advance that there is no soap, no dishsoap, no shampoo nor shower gel available upon arrival. Since we only came for one night, it would have been nice to know this in advance and come prepared, to avoid having to buy the big expensive bottles of all we needed.

The camping was really nicely organised placed, the apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed the facilities, restaurant and pools. It's great that Aircon was working well because it was very hot.

The WiFi was very poor connection, and annoying with signing in that sometimes didn't work at all. At times there was a problem to find a sunbed at the pool - too few of them... and almost not possible to use the gym or spa as there were very few spots available that got booked a way in advance...

Beautiful and perfect for families

Beautiful location with an amazing view from our balcony. We stayed as a family of 5 (children aged 12, 10 and a 1 year old baby). Easy to find and they have allocated parking spaces which was ideal. Check in was quick and easy, the staff were lovely. We were issued with wrist bands to get through the gate to visit the lake which was beautiful. Clean, comfortable and we intend to stay again. Perfect for families.

Swimming pools could be open a bit longer on the hot days. Otherwise, we liked everything!
