A fantastic place in a magical environment!

Appartements Julia is truly a very amazing ‘home’ away from the hustle and bustle of the busy ski centre but it is only a 5 min walk + 5 minute bus or train journey to AreitExpress. It was 10 mins to Kaprun and the Tauren Spa which is lovely with it all of its indoor and outdoor pools and both for kids and adults We couldn’t get enough of the views from the apartment which was warm, very well equipped and comfortable with a range of entertainment options including a sauna, table tennis, table football and movies. The hosts very super helpful from before our trip to the moment of departure. Thanks so much to Julia and her parents. 🙏 We’ll be back!

Every single aspect of this apartment is better than expected, we stayed in a number of places in the area and this was *by far* the best There is no better view of the mountains than from here

If you don't like this apartment you will never be satisfied with anything, although perhaps it is better for a family than a loud group of party-types

The appartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The games room was amazing and entertained our teenagers brilliantly when there was some downtime. Hosts super helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Location was perfect for us to explore the local area and do the activities we were planning, such as swimming, canyoning, electric bike hire, paddle boarding and exploring the mountains / maisi flitzer toboggan. Summercard that was included is a must for the area. Couple of days were very warm so it was great to have 3 fans in the appartment.

cosy living room with even a decorated christmas tree! sauna is essential after a day on slopes for us and it worked well. kitchen equipped with everything essential for home-cooking. and yes - even knives were sharp enough. easier to reach with you own transport and to go to lifts. overall a recommended place.

Every detail thought of to make the appartment comfortable. Garden with a very nice view. Nice facilities: pool, sauna, bikes. And the Sommer Card gives lots of opportunities in Zell am See and Kaprun.

Great hosts, perfect location and beautiful views

Just wonder where to begin with - the apartment was very well designed and equipped for a longer stay. The sauna and the game room (billiard table, the tennis table, the huge TV and Nintendo Wii) were awesome! There is also a garage where you can leave your car which is a huge benefit in a bad weather. Location is perfect - just in the middle between Zell am See and Kaprun - 6-7 min with a car in each direction and also 7 min with a car to the famous Tauren SPA centre and water world. The hospitality and response from the host were on top level - the man was so kind to prepare in advance brochures with activities in the area and also advice us on what we can do during the season in the area. And last but not least - there is a wonderful porchway with beautiful view just in front of the leaving room.

The only comments I have is the bad smell in bathroom, we tried to do everything but the smell was there! It could be design issue! Or lack of proper detergent. overall the property is excellent and I highly recommend it.

بصراحه شقه خرافيه بما تعنيه الكلمه شرحه وواسعه والبلكونه جميله صح انها دور ارضي بس تفتح على المزرعه اللي جنبها ومكانها جدا جميييييييل قريب من كابرون ومن زيلامسي وانصح فيها بكل امانه والله

Parfait pour séjourner dans la région

L’appartement est grand et très confortable. Il est très bien équipé. Le jardin privatif est très agréable et la vue sur les montagnes magnifique. Le sauna et la salle de jeux permettent de bien finir la journée de balades ! La carte Zell am See comprise dans la location donne accès a de nombreuses activités pour un séjour agréable dans la région.

Heureusement qu’il y avait des ventilateurs car il peut faire vite chaud dans l’appartement lorsque le soleil est là

الهدوء والحديقة كبيره وارضية واطلالة جميلة جدا والخصوصية الشقة غرفتين وحمام واحد مرحاض والحمام الثاني دش وكل غرفة والصالة بها مروحه تلطف الجو في حالة كان الجو حار الشقة متكاملة واغراض المطبخ متوفره ويوجد في السرداب غرفة غسيل وغرفة العاب المكان يحتاج سيارة الشقة جنوبية شرقية المضيفة طيبه ومتعاونه ومتفهمه معاملتها جيده جدا

من اجمل الشقق ومريحه نفسيا رغم ان عددنا 7 اشخاص في غرفتين وحمام مرحاض واحد

Skøn lejlighed i dejlige omgivelser

Vi havde en skøn uge i lejligheden (sydvestvendt), der til fulde levede op til billederne og vores forventninger. Rummelig og godt indrettet. Hyggelig have med to terrasser og fine havemøbler. Skøn udsigt til golfbane og bjergene. God beliggende i roligt kvarter. Eneste støj var fra den nærliggende lufthavn, men det var kun hyggeligt med de mange små fly og helikoptere. Nemt at komme til Zell am See med både bil og offentlig transport. Vi var vilde med aktivitetsrummet i kælderen, som vi kun skulle dele med en anden lejlighed. Flink og meget hjælpsom vært, selv da vi havde problemer med bilen, hjalp hun og hendes mand os. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

المكان رائع جدا والاطلاله ساحره على جبال الالب. والمطبخ مجهز بكل المستلزمات. صاحبة المنزل متعاونه للغايه و توفر بطاقة كابرون السياحيه والتي وفرت علينا كثيرا. كذلك ترد على استفساراتك في كل وقت. انصح بالمكان خاصه العوائل.
