Modern, cosy house "Exlerhof". In the district of Bruckberg 6 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Zellermoos Bhf" 2.5 km, railway station "Zellermoos" 2.5 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 5 km. Walking paths from the house, slopes 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Areitbahn 100 m, Schmittenhöhe 8 km, Kitzsteinhorn 12.6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 6 km. Hiking paths: Bruckberg. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card included!
