There is nothing, I was worried about some comments regarding the stairs. Some visitors wrote that it was unsafe!! It is completely comfortable and safe The owners of the place are extremely cooperative

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Zell am See! Our stay at Apartment 5 Peaks was one of the highlights of our trip! The apartment perfectly combines modern comfort with a cozy atmosphere. It’s located in a peaceful area with breathtaking views of the snow-covered mountains, making every moment special. Although the hosts weren’t available in person, communication was smooth and professional, and all check-in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card was a fantastic bonus, giving us access to many attractions and activities free of charge! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay—whether for a family holiday or a peaceful escape into nature. Big thanks to Dana and Florian for their warm hospitality! Rating: 10/10

Excellent vacation

Good location, kind hosts, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Supermarket nearby. You can ski on three different ski zone, depending on your level. There is a garage as well. Recommend!

There was only two restaurants on a walking distance. If you need more specific cuisine except traditional, I recommend you to go to Kaprun.

Amazing accommodation!

Absolutely amazing accommodation in an ideal location between Kaprun and Zell am See, ideal for a family of 3-4, the owners are very nice people, absolutely everything was in order and amazing. Thank you very much for a wonderful week!

The only one little tiny detail - there is no microvawe in the apartment :-)

The location of the property was fantastic. Close to the lifts and supermarkets. The area is very safe and quiet. The hosts were absolutely incredible and thought of every single detail. Could not fault it and can't wait to go back.

The place was spacious, with a great view. The host was very friendly, she provided a warm welcome to us, showed the rooms and the ski-room, and provided us with a few useful tips (transport, weather, SPA options).

Perfect

We would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a skiing holiday in Zell am See. The apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable, as shown in the pictures. You can easily hop on a ski buss to nearby lifts, if not driving. The hosts, Dana and Florian, were very kind and welcoming.

We would definitely return back if we will visit Zell am See again.

The hosts, Dana and Florian, were nice and homely. We felt like at home. Florian gave us, upon arrival, all the info we needed for a perfect stay in the Zell am See/Kaprun region. A welcome drink is a part of the warm hospitality of the owners. The patio that is attached to the apartment gives you an exceptional view of the nearest mountain of the Kitzbühel Alps. In summer, you will greatly appreciate the Summer card, which gives you a freedom of travel (local busses and trains are free - 1-3 mins from the apartment, cable cars) and free entrance to to the most famous places, such as Schmittenhöhe, Kitzsteinhorn, boat trip around the Zell lake, Krimml waterfalls, etc. Simply, we had a perfect stay.

Optimal location for skiing only a short and easy driving range from different skiing areas. Nice facilities even for skis and boots. Well equipped kitchen and apartment - and stylish.

Eine Unterkunft zum "Sich wohl fühlen"

Alles wunderbar. Bilder und Beschreibung haben genau gepasst, die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und helfen gerne. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich erwartet, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Perfekt gelegen, egal wo man hin möchte, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde ich immer wieder buchen und auch gerne weiterempfehlen.

المكان جميل في كل تفاصيلة الموقع والسعر والمواقف كان عندي موقف خاص وجميع ادوات الطبخ موجودة اي احد جاي على زيلامسي او كابرون ترا هذا المكان مناسب جداً وكل شي قريب منك وتعامل راع الكوخ فلوران ودانا كان سلسل جداً ومتعاونين ومحترمين جداً مالقيت اي شي ماعجبني عدا شغله بسيطة جداً الدرج المؤدي للدور العلوي كان خطر على ابني
