Some of the furniture needs repairing. You have to wait for the bathroom light to turn off via a timer

Inside was fine. Getting in awful.

It was very convenient for our stay in Reading. Lots of hot water. Good heating. It has everything we needed.

The entry was via a main door to several apartments in the building. Our code did not work. First time others let us in. At night the buttons refused to reflect the code we were given. We phoned the number we were given and the guy was helpful and arranged to let us in. He said he would get it fixed

Good for a night or two, but needs some updating.

Central location, the apartment was in walking distance to the town centre with its shops, restaurants and range of entrainments .

The check-in process was complicated, involving many text messages back and fourth, There was confusion regarding which apartment I was staying in. The keypad on the main door of the property was difficult to use due to key button getting stuck. The number codes which Needed in putting were overly long. Once inside the pro property there is no information regarding which floor the apartment was located, this Involved having to navigate many flights of stairs. Getting into the flat involved another overlay complicated code.

Good location

Felt a bit dirty. Noise from the flat and corridor really disrupts sleep! There was a lady in the next flat making a lot of noise.

Good location but disappointing for the price

I was amazed that the rooms were at the back so you couldn’t hear the roudy disco club opposite and the flat itself on the surface looked pristine but the bedroom although down a corridor did not have a door so was not really separate from the kitchen and seating area. The toilet had an automatic light which was useful in the night.

Access to the room via security box was not user friendly. The property hadn’t been cleaned. When we pulled out the bed settee - it was full of crumbs and no bedding was provided. The fridge had not been defrosted presumably since installation and was so frosted over that it did not close. Thought if in the hall to the bedroom could not be turned off and had been taped over in a makeshift way. The rooms were not sound proofed so a couple in another flat woke us at about 4a.m. talking and we vacated early. It would have been good to be told which exit to take from the station.

Comfortable en suite room. Good location. M&S right next to the accommodation location.

I missed not having a microwave. But as the stay was not long, it didn't impact me too much. It was a warm night, and they dont have an AC in the room, which I also think they should invest in. They had a very small heater that works as a fan, but to be honest, that didn't serve me much.

A good flat that needs a proper clean. The noise from the pub is terrible on a Friday and Saturday

The location, and the flat was very well equipped

The carpet and chairs were a bit grubby. The noise from the Irish pub across the road was very annoying until around 1 am (Fridays and Saturdays)

Very noisy pub opposite loud music till 2 am. Shower temperature control loose and dangerous as took 10 mins or more to get a reasonable temperature.

Lacking the detail but great location

It’s location was great, so close to the train station. Great it had a small usable kitchen. Bed was comfortable and linen lovely and clean

The communal entry and stairs were dirty. Apartment could do with a better clean. Glassware in cupboard sticky and not clean. No welcome pack no manual on how to use the cooker. Though there was a fridge there was no milk to go with the tea and coffee provided. Table to sit at cheap and mismatched dining chairs one with iron mark with cushion put on top to hide it. Sensor lights annoying when rolled over in bed it would trigger hall light so kept waking me up and sensor lights in bathroom annoying kept going off when in the shower. Just lots of small details missing otherwise would be a great place.

Perfect location & modern flat

Perfect location in the city centre walking distance to train station and spacious room with strong shower and kitchen facilities and fridge. I loved my one night stay and will book again. The host was kind enough to let me extend my booking out by couple hours which was most appreciated.

Just the stairs to climb with a medium size bag was a little struggle but does not to put me off for next time.

Good value for what you get.

The apartment itself was perfect for what I needed. I only stayed one night as had to work early in the morning. The apartment had everything you could need for a longer stay. Bed was comfortable and was surprisingly quiet considering it’s on the main road.

The hallways were obviously being decorated at the time of my stay, didn’t affect me at all though. Just a few little finishing touches and these apartment would be perfect.

Enjoyable

Very convenient compact unit that contained a small kitchen with adequate equipment. For a short stay it is good.

There is a night club over the road so very noisy even with double windows shut. If you are a light sleeper brings ear plugs.

Very central place. Probably the most central place of the entire city. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby..Quiet satisfactory space. Well decorated rooms. Excellent double bed.

Not much cutlery provided... Only two sets of forks for 3 persons. The small sofa was very uncomfortable. Matress topper would be useful. Too much noise from the street and the surrounding night clubs even with closed windows- windows probably need to be changed-. Should probably be quiter during winter. The bath sink was clogged. No elevator provided and we were on the 3rd floor. Very steep and small stairs. Not very clean on communal areas. Generally speaking should be cleaner. Regardless of that we needed to extend our stay for one more night. I contacted a person in charge. He promised that would let me know very soon if i would be able to extend my stay. Unfortunately I received a call only after I had left the place. Finally i think it was a bit pricey.

- No main bin, only very small bin in bathroom - Got stuck in shower when closed the shower door fully had to get partner to open it from the outside - bed was fairly hard and had a big dip in the centre so was uncomfortable - also did not get the instructions on how to get into the apartment one day before as host stated, I had to send a message asking around 6pm on arrival day when planning to arrive at 8pm

Very well thought out apartment, modern, lovely touches in the details of the bathroom products provided and the technology in the apartment. Everything we were looking for in a little city getaway.

Floors were a little dusty but bringing slippers would have rectified this, else where was spotless and well cleaned with great attention to detail. Nightlife to be expected. Flat is close to nice cafes, restaurants and shopping center.
