The owner/manager needs to fix the plumbing in the bathroom and put in some AC.

Check in was fine. The location was central but very noisy. There was a lot of noise at night with people partying in the street below. The apartment was as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped.

The wash basin and shower did not drain properly and resulted in a very quick build up of water. I sent a message after I moved in but got no response. There is no AC, only a small fan which was not worth putting on. The apartment is on the top floor and gets very hot. It was 10-15C above the outside temp and stayed hot(well over 30C) at night.

Super séjour

Très bel appartement, tout neuf tout est à disposition cuisine équipée et faire à lisser, machine à laver ect … emplacement, parfait, cinq minutes de la gare au cœur de Reading, accès à la zone piétonne en une minute beaucoup de commerce à disposition.

Le seul bémol a été pour nous l’odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain … et le parking a 35€ la journée
