Abbey Corner by Nivaas 3-Located in the heart of the city centre-5 minute walk to train station-20 minutes to London via train

The location was central which was great. Surrounded by restaurants and minutes from the shopping areas and also just a few minutes to the train station. The facilities of the Kitchen were good and helpful.

I didn't like having to walk from the room past the living room and kitchen to get to the toilet which is opposite the entrance door - especially in the middle of the night. The toilet could have been made to be accessed from the room also.

Stayed at Abbey Corner with friends when we were visiting Reading and it turned out to be a great spot. It’s only about a 4-minute walk from the train station, which made getting around really easy. There are loads of places to eat right outside, plus a halal butcher and small supermarket literally across the road. It’s also right by the main bus routes and still easy to get to by car even though it’s in the town centre. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The hot water tanks are large too, so there was always plenty of hot water for everyone, which was great. The host was really helpful as well and even sorted a bike for me, which was a nice touch. I actually ended up extending my stay directly with them at a discounted rate, which worked out great. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent, and the view over the city was amazing. The apartment is very close to everything, including shopping areas, restaurants, cafés, and the city centre. Everything was within easy reach, which made the stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was actually two single beds pushed together instead of one proper double bed. The gap in the middle was very noticeable and made sleeping uncomfortable. For a seven-night stay, I expected a much better and more comfortable bed.
