Wellington House by Celador Apartments

Our host, Mr Levi Matthews, was very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. Instructions to locate and enter the property, on a Saturday evening after a 13.5 hour flight, were clear and comprehensible. Location of the property is central enough, though rather quiet at night, but more importantly safe. The apartment was clean, well-maintained and looks exactly as advertised in their website. Tea/coffee sachets, assortment of biscuits, a bottle of water and a carton of fresh milk in the fridge were lovely touches. Housekeeping came in once during our 9 days stay. Security within the building was excellent. We accidentally left our key at the door lock, and received notification of the same within 30 minutes. Check-out was easy and uncomplicated.

A deposit policy should always be disclosed before a booking is finalised to reflect transparent pricing. We were unfortunately not informed upfront. Having said that, our stay was very comfortable, and the full deposit was subsequently returned within 3 working days of our departure.

Great location, very clean apartment and great and very friendly service from the hosts

Me gustó la ubicación, el departamento en sí era muy bonito, tenía una cocina bien equipada, una sala de estar muy bonita y una cama muy cómoda..

Que el baño tenía un constante mal olor, salía desde la ducha se notaba que necesitaba mantenimiento además el botón de timbre fue un tema, no funcionaba supuestamente ambas cosas se iban a solucionar y nunca fue así.. sin embargo el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, muy buen trabajo de parte de él.
