Perfectly fine for a shorter or longer stay

Clean, close to town and had all facilities needed for a longer stay, incl washing machine.

The windows looked out over an inner courtyard so minimal natural light. Also, the bed was a bit too short for me (I’m 187cm) and the mattress was not the best quality.

Apartment very clean, recent refurbished. The big windows with natural light. Customer service is excellent and very close to my request. The location is very close to the centre and to a supermarket that opens very early so easy to get groceries for cooking and breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay.

We stayed 2 weeks in the apartments and had a fantastic experience. Everything matched our expectations perfectly. The owner was very responsive to the requests, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops nearby and just a 15-minute walk to the station. Additionally, having a fan in the apartment made a significant difference during the hot weather. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Disappointing, it felt like we were ripped off at every opportunity.

Not much

Stuffy and under furnished . The facilities were poor 1 window that hardly opened ( had to buy 2 fans to cool the place down). Very small . We were made to pay £250 deposit after we had booked, this was not mentioned before hand. Also we were charged £150 (for cleaning after our pets). It costs £10 a day to park at the property this was also not mentioned before we booked.

The location is very good. And the communication with the host was excellent and very smooth.

A deposit needs to be paid. The property says it will be returned in 7 days but this isn't the case. I'm still waiting for it ten days after I left.

Do not book this property under any circumstances we had to vacate due to vandalism in the building, the property owner Mr Andy Malone then refused my refund request and threatened me.

Perfect for a 1 week stay

The apartment was perfect, had everything I needed. Both the apartment and the whole building felt clean, modern and safe. Good location, 10 min walk to the train station, tesco right down the street, and there’s a nice path along the river Kennet that’s right by, perfect for morning runs. It was really hot when I was there, but there is a cooling fan which helped a little.

The kitchen knives are incredibly dull, definitely need to be sharpened or replaced. The water tank in the cooling fan is really gross and needs to be cleaned.

Exceptional

Great location, just about 5-minute walk to the town center. I feel safe in the neighborhood. My apartment looked newly furnished and it’s comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Guest Services Manager, Mr. Levi Matthews. I truly appreciate his helpfulness and responsiveness. This definitely added points to my stay.

Good flat, OK service.

Very clean, very comfortable, good location, very quiet, nice modern flat with good quality fittings.

Lovely flat, friendly service, only downside was that they don't replenish stocks of toilet paper and towels etc, for a four night stay for two people we got one set of towels and one toilet roll, for the price I would have thought they could manage to include an extra roll!

Me gustó la ubicación, el departamento en sí era muy bonito, tenía una cocina bien equipada, una sala de estar muy bonita y una cama muy cómoda..

Que el baño tenía un constante mal olor, salía desde la ducha se notaba que necesitaba mantenimiento además el botón de timbre fue un tema, no funcionaba supuestamente ambas cosas se iban a solucionar y nunca fue así.. sin embargo el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, muy buen trabajo de parte de él.
