Lovely, comfortable apartment a short walk away from Reading town centre. Lovely linens and duvets, plenty of crockery, tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc there for your use. There was a standing fan which was appreciated in the recent weather. There’s also a very slim terrace, which is a nice addition albeit you can’t really sit out there, it’s nice go have a door open. It’s also incredibly quiet, didn’t hear the neighbours or anybody else, aside from the odd car or bus passing.
There were a few small maintenance issues that didn’t bother us but stopped it getting a perfect 10! Iron burn on the carpet, some peeling paint here and there but it was a really lovely place to stay and this didn’t impact our experience at all. There was only a couple of forks so we bought a few more and left them for the next guests. Parking would have been handy and I did see some underground but it wasn’t included so we used the nearest NCP which was £8.10 for 24hrs at the weekend and is a short walk away.
