Flat 2 is a first-floor apartment on London Street, a few minutes' walk from the centre of Reading.
The flat has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, so it sleeps up to four and works equally well for a family, for colleagues sharing, or for two guests who would each like their own room. There is one shower room, a separate living room with a dining area and a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. Heating runs throughout and the wifi is fast enough to work on.
Almost everything in central Reading is within walking distance. The Oracle shopping centre, the riverside bars and restaurants and the main shopping streets are all a short walk away, and Reading station is close by, with direct trains reaching London Paddington in around half an hour. The Royal Berkshire Hospital is also within easy walking distance, which makes the flat a practical base for visiting families and for medical and contract staff working locally. By car, Legoland Windsor, Windsor Castle and Oxford are all comfortable day trips.
