Location was excellent. Great size kitchen, good set of pans and utensils. Lovely bathroom and good access to Internet and use of Netflix and smart TV.
Nice relaxing pull out sofabed. Good sized bedrooms. Lots of plug points, loads of cupboard space.very lovely put together flat.
Stairs to flat 3 was hard work with luggage plus toddler. General wear and tear throughout the property so it could do with a few touch ups. The noise level wasn't good in the night time. There was also a brawl with teenagers outside on one early morning 4am where several police had arrived. Windows need updating urgently to double glazing to insure a peaceful night's sleep. More teaspoons, and would be nice of they offered coffee capsules as there is a coffee machine available but no pods there.

It’s a really central location and it was clean and tidy. They gave us plenty of towels and there was some body wash. It was really easy to collect the keys.
Considering 4 people could stay here (two double beds) do not expect to be able to cook much!
I was disappointed that there was only a tiny frying pan and two tiny pots. Also there were no baking trays or oven gloves or tea towels.
We made do but it was quite difficult for a 3 night stay.
Also if you are travelling with work and need an invoice, this host is unable to provide one. I think booking.com should not let you choose “receive an invoice” if the host cannot provide one.
